ACE Money Transfer

First transaction was free.i did everything right and paid.They cancelled the transaction without any reason.It asked for retry and with surprise, 2nd attempt was not free and the currency rate got decreased!! Feeling not secure with this app anymore. I hope my money will be sent.User experience of app is also horrible. I uploaded identity documents while registering.No info or notification if my account is verified or not!They informed, I need to upload again only aftr I paid for the transfer!

The service is good when it works. Money get transfered easily and quickly. If God forbid you are stuck in compliance review, then the real trouble begins. It can take more than 24 hrs to days to get the money cleared and your money is stuck in the meanwhile. Customer service advisor is not much of help and only reply what's already written on your account. Also if you cancel at that point, it'll take few days for the money to come back. Overall, it's a gamble you can do at your own risk. I think other apps like Remitly, UBL net remit provide better service.

I want to give this app a number 10 out of 10. Within minutes of receiving the money, the recipient can withdraw the money from the bank. Due to the low service charges, even though the exchange rate is low, sending money from it is more beneficial than other applications. From the day I used this application, I informed my friends, then they also send money from this application.

The transfer rate is very good with reasonable processing time. But the app is far from optimized for Android phone. Very slow and less responsive eventhough I have 4GB of ram. Please make the app experience swift, and I will update the rating.

Regularly using ACE and ACE consistently beats the rates of other money transfer services. What I really love is they don't put the burden of special price for first time senders to regular senders and thus can always offer great exchange rates.

Excellent conversation rate, easy and fast, helpline is also fast and easy to reach.

Pathetic ! I used this App to send 700 Euros to Pakistan in my brother's IBAN on 21 May. Since then ACE money transfer is showing that transaction is completed but amount is not available in beneficiary's account. I am begging them to do something for my amount. Send to beneficiary or refund me back but no progress.

I would still rate 5/5 to the service but why I am rating 2 stars here is because the app is not accurate. Eg: If you make a trasaction and then you want to cancel to it, and when you cancel the trasaction the amount would already be credited to the customer. So technically Ace should remove the cancellation option once the amount has been credited. Thats the flaw I found in it. Otherwise it is a good service.

This is a great app. I send money to my country throw Ace money transfer. High rate, confidently, secure and quickly. Thank you.

Pretty Annoying. Will take 2 days before I can finish sign up. Taking forever to load just the starting page.

The app is good, my only challenge is when they ask you for additional information like ID and others, it can be annoying. Your money just hangs in there. Many times l will send an email, l will not get a response until you call. How many times do l keep sending my ID, when they have it as at the time l registered. I got tired, uninstalled the app. Right now l use a better and more efficient method in sending money with high exchange rate.

Absolutely poor service, every time I made a transfer. They will hold it for compliance, ask for my identity and bank statements that I have already provided. I am uninstalling their app. Don't use their service it's waste of time.

I have been using this app fairly frequently to send money to my folks. Sadly there is no welfare system there. I digress. After two or three very successful transfers, I had problems using the app on my phone. However, it works brilliantly on my iPad mini. Transfers are swift. Updates are immediate. And rates are very clear and competitive. What is more, commissions are less than a pound. All round, a brilliant app and service. Hopefully, it works on my phone again.

Absolutely rubbish app. Twice now is messing about me with money being sent and not ready to collect and customer service is useless

3 day's ago I'll send money from this application but it's not working properly than i cancel that but now 3 day's finish now thay say money not dedicated from your account bad experience

I am giving 5 stars to this app. the interface if the app is very user friendly. Great exchange rate as compared to other respected companies. No transfer fee above then 200 euros transfer. The duration of the transfer takes few minutes if you do payment with your credit card. If you use your bank account to transfer it will take 1 or 2 working days which make sense. In short everything is perfect, trustworthy organisation :))))
