Ace Parking

Awful app. The sign at the parking lot said to text a number if you didn't want to use the app. The number never responded. Then if you tried to find the lot by the number stated on the sign in the app, never showed up. So I was left having to go to another parking lot because this app was useless and I didn't want to get towed.

I cannot enter my car info because Kia Niro is not available for selection. There is no "other" option, no way to enter it by free text, and no way to enter just the make, color, and license plate number without the model. The Niro was released TWO years ago. I can't pay for parking through the app without a car description. So it's useless to me.

App wouldn't let me choose the lot I was already in. The machine on site wouldn't take CCs, good thing had enough cash. Prices and times were NOT posted clearly either. Feel like we were way over charged for dinner parking

I can't figure out how to get this app to show the parking reservation I already completed on my computer. Also I can't figure out how to get it to search for parking that is not near me. This isn't as useful as the website. I will not waste any more time with this app.

This app is fraud. I parked and was told to use the app to pay. It charged me 15.00 for 2 hours plus a service fee. Then I get to the gate and the machine is charging 6.00 and won't even read the app's QR code on my phone. An attendant has to let me out. I was defrauded out of 9 dollars. I'm done with Ace. They are criminals.

This app doesn't work, 4 of us tried it and it kept having errors so we ended up paying way more for parking than was advertised with the app.

Didn't list any Australian states... yet i was required to fill everything out? Whether or not you're paying is not clear and you still have to print out a ticket, it's rubbish

Offering a quick pay option for mobile app customers and then penalizing them for not displaying a payment receipt on their dash is unrealistic and not well thought out. Ace Parking expects all mobile app customers to either leave their phone in their dash to display or have a portable printer? Why can't your employees look up my license plate in your ACE PARKING APP and see that I've already paid???????

It won't let me purchase parking. I've got a card on file, but when I go to checkout, it doesn't acknowledge it and it won't acknowledge me adding it.

Im at a clinic here in San Diego California and the way to pay the parking spot is thru an app so I downloaded it and try to pay the fee and it keeps on giving me errors to get in to pay WTFF NOW WHAT so hope I don't get a ticket over the messed up app

Horrible app. I paid for parking and it charged me 2x. Emailed support and no one has responded and it has been 5 days. Deleted it.

Downloaded the app sitting in parking lot. It still couldn't locate me. Still had to use kiosk. Pointless 🙄

Tried it in a major city and couldn't get it to work even though it showed I could use it. Waste of time

Awful... Find alternative parking if can. App is horrible.

Doesn't let me set up an account. Didn't let me make a payment using a guest account. So...pretty useless.

App is completely unresponsive, keeps crashing, wasnt able to pay for parking and had to find different parking. Very inconvenient!

Couldn't even use the app. It keeps closing. I'd get as far as adding my vehicle info and then it'd close. Stupid.
