Default to the numbers keypad is the WORST thing you could do. You can't type letters when it's set to ABC, but if I switch the black box to 123 then I can write in ABC. Don't fix what isn't broken, you've got other issues you need to focus on.
Uses to work wonderfully. After the latest update it hangs on the splash screen. Have tried reinstalling and rebooting my phone to no avail. This is an issue across every device we have this app installed on.
No notifications of new orders, the ui is garbage, the barcode scanner almost never works.
Does the app work yes but only if I ever get a signal. For whatever reason when I open the app my server connection is almost non-existent. BUT when it works it's very reliable.
Lock up and stopped working doesn't scan very well
As of newest update, app no longer opens, at least on Google Pixel 6. You can click the app, it will go to splash screen, then just sit there and do nothing
If the app actually worked the way it is advertised, it would be an invaluable management tool. As it is, it's just one more thing to waste my time. Damn it!
Very useful for in store customer interaction. Also, as a stocking aid.
Absolutely terrible user interface. I can never get it to load any of the screens. Only ever see the spinning circle. Please spend some time on this because the concept is helpful, but ace appears to not have had taken any care to implement the program
Use it every day. Works fairly well. Pictures used to display on Android, but will no longer work. If not for that, I would give 5 stars. Update: photo functionality has been restored-rating adjusted accordingly
I could not get through my work day without this app.
Had problems with orders going through. I find that I have to use the computer when looking up certain items as well. Otherwise, very handy user friendly.
App used to be great. Since the last update, it won't even open the app most times. If the app opens, it crashes immediately when using the delivery tracker.
Used to work great. Can't even open pictures. Coworker has same issue
Frequent freezes. Frequent log outs. Ridiculously poor search engine. And yet it is invaluable for floor work.
Wont load map. Takes forever to load any of the main menu options. Freezes. Dies. Not worth the time to install.
Just downloaded app I see that the ratings are correct Ace still doesn't have it together on this can't even get into an event planner can't see the truck also I think that it should show other rsc's quantities or a place to click on other rsc's I'm not at work so I can't try the scanner
The app looks horrible, the images and texts overlaps, the app crashes every minute.
Having trouble, in store pickup notifications not working. Edit:. Reinstalled, working now.
I don't know what happened to this app, but it has gotten much worse to use. It won't launch, it freezes, it take too long to execute a search. Fix this... Employees need this to work correctly. Remains two stars...update runs better, but the 123/ABC button is the most annoying thing I've ever seen in an app. Makes using the app extremely frustrating.
