Never had a problem till this latest "update" now it stops. Won't load. Won't let me log in. So freaking annoying.
not working at all with my android phone. called bank its not the bank, its the app that will not work with android new update.
Ever since update this app doesn't work as well. Always get the unable to complete request message.
app is not working anymore won't let me sign in. It's telling me that I have to go online and change my password.
App was great but lately when I try to sign in it says, unable to complete request try back later.
Absolute trash! And the bank has no idea how to navigate through the app.
Currently not working on Android since last update. please address this issue.

be aware of ACFCU Amarillo Community Federal Credit Union !!! 10 days late to a car payment and they sent it for REPO and made me pay the $300.00 to keep it out of repossession. not sure how thats fair when money is sitting in my SAVINGS account and person at the bank and the "Jewel God" admits IN FRONT OF me that she was responsible for releasing that money to pay the account. wow!! Dont ever trust these people with you money!

Little better than accessing the internet. Needs the pay your bills option and the other options you can access through the online page.

I am so glad these guys finally got an app. It is way easier than having to use my phones browser to get on the main webpage. I think it would be better if you added features for mobile deposits for checks. (Like take a picture of the check to deposit) Also it should definitely show pending transactions.
Glad there's an app. But don't like how slow it is to show transactions made. My other banking app shows purchases right away as pending and I always know what my balance is in real time. Would give 5 stars if this was fixed.
Wish it had bill pay on app and showed pending transactions. Would be great if those were added.
Absolutely terrible. When I try to open the app, 80% of the time it says, "Rooted device detected! Please do not use this app on a rooted device." My phone has not been rooted. Even the website randomly locks me out, requiring that I call to unlock it. Im done, closing my account after nearly 10 years and going to find a bank who has their stuff together. I am completely fed up at this point.
