This app is awful ... worse than the old app that it replaced. Whoever developed the app might have some small amount of skill at coding, but is clueless when it comes to interface and features design. Please, get rid of this junk and start over from scratch.
When trying to install the, app, I keep getting an error message I have entered an invalid email. Really? My work email, home email, gmail, and husband's email all are invalid? This is an application error, not a user error. And, there's no tech support. Acelis is supposed to provide tech support, but it is non-existent. Good luck even installing this app. It is easier to call our INR clinic than to use this extremely non-user friendly app.
Another update that does not work The old app worked well, no problems at all . This app freezes up and wouldn't allow me to enter the data. Don't know how I will enter the information next month when I can't use the old app.
Man oh man where to start. Why change from way Alere had the app? This one is far more complicated and bland and boring. However still nice to be able to sign into app to submit readings vs pulling the laptop out and signing in and putting it away etc etc. But definitely needs some creativity and Alere even had recipes, your INR history etc etc. Shouldn't try to fix what isn't broken.
Now that they fixed the bug where the checkbox for inr entry is below the bounds of the screen making it impossible to enter, the app is now just as good as the old app. Nice.
I just downloaded it and walked thru it. Questionable at best. Needs some/a lot of work. This app is used by people who depend on it, who have heart issues. VERY IMPORTANT. I trust the older app more than this one. We will be forced to start using it soon, so you need to fix SOON!!!
Every time I go to chart, it says "Unfortunately Healthcheck has stopped. I never had any problems with the old app. In my case, this app is not an improvement and I'd like to go back to the old app.
Horrible App Everytime I want to use it to report my INR results, I have to unistall and then re-install. Then I have to answer multiple of my security questions, sometimes the same security question over and over, before I can get logged in. So frustrating. 😡 I've only had this monitor for a few weeks and I am already so over this crazy app. I've switched to reporting my results either online or having to call my doctor's office.
This app does not fit the screen. When I get to the space to enter my INR number, I cannot continue because the check mark at the bottom does not display. Call the phone number for help, and was told that the Mark was there but it did not show on the phone so did not receive any help
Yet another poor transition to a new app. Will be hard to find the new icon as it blends in with others. Healthcheck is the same name as another bp app I already have. None of my inr test history is available in new app. Too much plain white in new app. Atleast it easily walked me through submitting my results, but only after like five clicks.
Can't use hidden buttons. Doesn't allow scrolling. Fields are too big. FIX NOW!!!! OK, it's now useable after the fix. Good job overall.
Not really user friendly...cant see full text for some answers...can't see graph of posted results....date difficult to change if putting in results from a previous day.
So far so good. I haven't fully explored the app as yet but I am able to input my son's INR results easily. I gave it 4 stars because I has some difficulty logging in and it would allow me to add a comment for my HCP to read.
New update has messed up the screen to enter your value. Changed screen font to the smallest available and it still won't work. Can't report tonight's value
Marginally functional, and the new verification system is beyond useless. Simply put, the design of this app is imaginatively terrible in how frustrating it manages to make the mundane.
So far so good! It is so much better than going to the clinic 2 or 3 times a month. I just have to remember the next test date and be ready to write it down. I seem to be having trouble getting my email verified but I am sure that, that is operator error, lol.
Cannot enter INR because there is no button shown, and no way to move down to get to it. This is the first time it hasn't worked. Please uninstall your latest install from 10/22/19, and fix the issue.
Very basic app for entering INR results. Historical information not saved. Does not allow for entering INR taken at a clinic, not using a supplied strip. No online contact, only phone numbers.
Atempted to down load this app as suggested by those that I report my INR to. Took their advice. After HOURS of waiting for the down load to complete I cancelled and will continue to call in. This app is a LOSER!!!
This app has been life changing for me. Testing your INR to ensure you're in your therapeutic range, is a must when you take Warfarin. A home test unit and a finger prick allows you to test, record your INR and it sends the results to your doctor. The app is easy to read, easy to follow and it gives a prompt which guides you through using

This whole system is terrible. I just want to put in my numbers in. Why can I not inpull up the app and put in the numbers

Why does this app not remember my login ID even when I turn on the switch to remember it? Dumb app.

Use it for easy reporting . They send it to doctor. Very helpful.

This app is useless. ive never once in over a year heard from ANYONE regarding out of range results. If I relied on this app my grandmother would probably be dead. Ive updated my contact info every single time I submit results. Ive left messages (white text in white text box makes it extra difficult) Not one call. Then i receive a letter in the mail saying I have not entered results. This app clearly doesn't do anything. This app is a danger to people's health.
