It stopped working !!!!
The app keeps crashing. It doesn't recognize my log in credentials. It used to work fine but now it won't let me in. Uninstalled and reinstalled like the tech said and still nothing. Uninstalled completely. Fix app, I will reinstall and change my review if it works properly.

I never got past log in with the updated app. Why does it need your SSN. I have never used it to identify me...not even when I walk into the bank.
Recognize already! I don't need two passwords. Answering the identity question every single time is so very tedious.
Suggestions: I would like a "feedback" button in app. Also, it would be nice to see holds on my account like on the website. I was hoping the new app would offer that but it doesn't. Edit: 2/2017 still no holds feature. Looks like they made the app and have not made any major upgrades since. Love my bank but this app could be a lot better.
Love this bank very friendly people that are always ready to help you with any questions or concerns about your account.
There's a better version now. I think this is deprecated, left behind, and possibly hazardous to use.
I can never see any account activity between Friday night and Monday morning.
Installed on my new phone. Does not work at all! Idk if it is because I have metro pcs or what. It worked on my old metro phone. Either way this is a severe inconvenience for me as I am a long time Achieva customer and do all my banking with them. Fix this app please!
I'd love to know how much is in my bank account, but sadly, the app is acting up again and won't recognize my log in. The IT department needs a serious upgrade because the app needs vast improvement
It no longer allows me to even log on. Whats the point in having a banking app if you cant log on to check anything. Used to work great. Got forced to update and now its trashed. Thx Achieva! Why is it still not fixed? Been well over amonth now! Sigh.
Can't register for online banking after installing the new app. The old app worked just fine.

This is the worst app I have ever worked with and if you call one of the techs to help you get logged in they are as dumb as you are un install the app and re install the app that doesn't work just sad I give up if someone knows how to fix this please do
followed the instructions from the old app, which worked fine, this app wont even open. what a waste!

This is the worst banking app ever.
Awful update. .does not work. I've unistalled and installed twice now...restarts and all.. .maintenance message keeps popping up telling me to install the new app! Why did you roll something out that doesn't work?

when it works, it's great - but stop "updating" it. the app works, but then the developers "update" it and it takes weeks to undo all the glitches and get it working again. it NEVER remembers me anymore no matter how many times i check the remember me box and rename it. if they'd leave it alone or get more competent and comprehensive updates, i'd give it 5 stars, but until they quit fixing what's not broken and i can actually get into my account in less than 2 screens, i'm standing with 3 stars.
