When the new interface / update was rolled out to the public, some APIs failed which caused the customers (myself included) to not be able to sign into their account. Also, the old application was more responsive. I wish that they kept it's design and just changed whatever they needed to change. The bank / credit union as a whole, I give it 10 stars.
The app barely opens lately what is happening with this app. I called the bank and they assisted, but the app doesn't work well at all. When you launch the app the portion that shows the sign on and password is just not there at all. Please fix this am forced to use my desktop just to get a bank balance not helpful at all. Please push the last update with fixes or push the older version that actually worked. I know I am not the only customer experiencing this issue.
It looks nice and mostly works fine. Though when I try to sing in with my fingerprint it just crashes the app. When I try to login normally and the password field is selected, the screen jitters up and down very rapidly to where I can't select anything or proceed. I have to hit the back button in order to deselect the field to make it stop jittering and allow me to login
The app has a fingerprint sign in feature but across 2 devices for over 2 years now it immediately defaults to username/password entry "for security purposes" AFTER already checking fingerprint. My device is saved and the app is just not conducive to being user friendly. I always hate having to check the app because it's a chore to load every time. Just checked some other reviews and this problem seems to span AT LEAST 3 years. For that alone, Im going from 2 to 1 star(s) given. Ridiculous!
This app is functional and very helpful, but recently it has not been subtracting the pending payments from the total available amount, despite it saying the pending payments are included. This has caused me to overdraft my account twice in the past 2 weeks. This will quickly cause me to find a different institution to bank with.
5 stars when Zelle is back. I thought I was the only one having issues, but in reviewing the postings here it seems that none of us can get zelle to work. I contacted achieva and they wrote me back that it is still available in the app. It absolutely is no longer there. My app is up to date and I have used it successfully in the past. I do not need to call customer support, I just need the achieva app developers to repair this ASAP.
I have to do a captcha everytime AFTER I log out?And I have no idea of current balance.Its not accurate at all.Keep your own check and balance register.
It worked fine until they "updated" their systems. Now the app is completely bugged and refuses to open. I have to use the website to do anything. UPDATE: Called in and was in a condecending manner that my two year old phone is "too old" - never mind the fact I can still download the app from the Play Store and no new requirements are stated.
I have been trying to make a deposit on the app,it keeps kicking me out. I called the bank, they suggested reloading the app which I have done several times,it still does the same thing. I have never had this many issues before. My local branch is quite a bit far away from me that is why I use the app.
Was just told my phone that worked perfectly last week is now too old to use and I am unable to download the app. Being given a heads up would have been REALLY useful, with this new and "Upgraded" change that has really been a downgrade so far. Best practices in project deployment include bug testing, and notifying users of all problems to expect during said upgrade.
Last up date App will not open cannot access my account
Just to put in my birthdate for the app I had to click back 380 times just to get to my correct birthdate so be prepared... multiple 12 by your age and that is how many times you will have to click back and if you miss it starts you over... never seen something so pathetic in my life... so frustrating just to tell you that by the info you put in is wrong but its not
This app was better before you updated it. It now takes forever to load the main screen and it never saves my login, even though I check the box each time. I gave three stars because once I get logged in, I have no problems inside the app itself, it just takes forever to get to that point.
log in security is not consistent, sometimes it requires keypad login and sometimes fingerprint scanner works. Also, it doesn't give an option to clear your old password if it needed to be changed so if you try to login after a password change you wind up getting locked out.
Total Waste of Time. Opens and then immediately closes with "unknown error". Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. This is a useless and frustrating waste of my time.
This app worked well once, but now it is completely useless. You only get as far the opening screen. No opportunity to login or options to do anything at all. No choice but to uninstall it.
Spent 35 min on with support and APP is still not working. There doesn't seem to be a fix since the only answer from Achieva is to "please call support". I have reinstalled multiple times and it is still not getting to the log in screen.
Phone app working fine but now I get a blank page on my desktop when using Chrome. Works fine when I log in with Microsoft Edge. Called Achieva but the tech support could not resolve. They put a ticket in to escalate but haven't been contacted and it is still not working on Chrome
On one phone it let's me use a 4 digit pin, on the other, I still have to fully log in, with username, security questions, and password no matter what settings I tell it to remember. Their app has ALWAYS been horrible!
Can't deposit a check. Seriously? I've been using Wells Fargo app for years with no problem.

It's true. And I didn't even have to install the app to tell you that Zelle is gone from both the app and the website. I've only used the app for 5 minutes so far. On website you get the "404 Error Page Not Found" for Zelle & the contact page is useless, it doesn't work either.
Apparently the app is not working. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled more than a few times, app seems to freeze and no open. Have to go to the web to log in. Very disappointed!!!!
It worked fine until the update. It keeps freezing, I get "please wait" that doesn't go away. I have to re-register device each time I use it, now. I love Achieva but this app is now useless to me.
Keeps closing while trying to do a mobile deposit
Something is seriously wrong after the most recent update. I cannot get this app to work properly. When I open the app, a blank page appears and then...nothing. A "force stop" doesn't help, restarting phone, or uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data - doesn't work anymore. Only way to access my account now is via web browser, which is seriously annoying.
