i placed an order for an item back in 11/10 but have still not recieved the item. it has said pending on its status for almost a month. I've sent emails to attempt to get this resolved but have yet to get a response. This seems to be the only way to get their attention. Its 01/22 now and nothing has changed. Arrived 1/31 with no direct updates from what I could find.
So irritating. I use this app for work & when i go & sign into the app it asks me to update app. I click on the link to update & it takes me to the Google Playstore to update but it does not give me an option to update, just uninstall or open. i have tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling & I've cleared out the cashe & data. I still can't access it. This all started after the Google Update fiasco happened. I got it fixed once but now it is doing it again. Please help me fix this someone.
Update: After nonstop attempts via emails and posts someone has finallly resolved my issue. Thank you. I hope all the on going technical and logistical challenges are coming to an end. The app does need an upgrade. Thank you again.
Lg is in the middle of a contest for cell phone sales reps. They changed the app in the middle of the contest and now when you get on the new achievelg, you have no access to the contest or anything about phones until you change your profile. The trick is that it ask for a retailer id. You would think that would be the one you use on a daily basis at your store, but no . So if you hit the help button and ask for it, they send you a retailer id that still doesn't work!! Argh!!
I have emailed help support multiple times from the app with no response. I had 646 points before they updated their store and started at zero. I would like to get an email back and have this corrected.
I didn't have the problems everyone else did with this app. I will say, I'm sad about LG Mobile though. They started with amazing feature phones, keyboard sliders, etc and ended in mediocrity with the Wing. I loved that they tried stuff no one else would. But LG Mobile struggled with a brand identity. The new LG Rainbow (V70) looked great. The Rollable would have taken market share from the Z Flip and Z Fold. RIP LG Mobile. You'll be missed.
Updated review. This app is like a nice Bar and Grill restaurant. Great food and drinks on the menu unfortunately no drinks or food is served after ordering. Despite the great menu, people will eventually stop coming because their simply don't want to wait and soon will forget to come back. Many reps redeemed their points at the begining of the month but still no gift cards. Improvements is good, but let's take of users first. Let them know we got your back while we are improving.
Awful! Signed me out of the app on its own and now I can't log back in. Username and pswd were saved on my phone so I know I didn't change anything. Have been trying for weeks to get a hold of support or even just reset my password and the email never comes thru. Awful app support...
Honestly this app is trash, ever since I tried to redeem my points it tells me "an error occurred". Like if it was not redeemable since the beginning why tell us we were able too??????????? And instead of giving me a email to complain about the app, just figure out what is going in with this app and fix it
Support is a JOKE! Sent two messages weeks ago for the retailer code and can't get any help at all. Two more messages today and nothing. It even sends a message back from an automated system that has wrong info.
Android 10 Issues. Won't load the app past the login screen on any of my devices running Android 10. UPDATE Fixed very quickly. Appreciate it! Works great
05-16-20: Update so they responded two weeks later, with the cookie cutter corporate response and still produce the same product nonsense. So now 1 star. 01-04-20: This program has been around for a few years but what don't understand is how are you suppose to get the higher point items when questions are limited and points extremely low. And now this new app program is even worse because it is hardly updated with new test.
Still waiting for feedback for months now. Multiple emails have been sent. I have no access to my points, no Access Code! Checked spam folder, nothing. Please help!
App crashes immediately after trying to open Promo Rewards. I've logged in on multiple devices to see if it's just my phone and still having the issue.
What a great app. It is much easier to use than former web page. The training is complex yet easy to follow. I like the support documents that you can use as tools to enhance sales.
They don't respond to emails. I never got the gift cards I earned. 2 years of points. There isn't even a contact us on this app only site. They removed the www site. Lol they just told me to write to the email I have been for months.
Won't let me pick my retailer and store, both have been around for over a decade. Its extremely infuriating to have LG constantly calling our stores making sure we sell their phones, but won't take the time to fix the app.
Update- 3.24 I have multiple times and still no response from LG. I have been trying to login on but it keeps saying my info is incorrect I have made no changes. My info was auto saved to log on. I just signed in about 2weeks same way now nothing and no response from LG.
For the most part this app is complete garbage, you Cant submit sale and no matter what you click on it wants to take you to the store. Wouldn't even use the app if it want for the training incentives.
I am a retail store associate and I am trying to add my store and it stays stuck loading and does not proceed. I would like to participate in the Play to win sales incentive and I cannot get past adding my store. Please assist.
I've been trying to reset my password for days and the link won't open on my app. I don't know how to go around that because I tried on the desktop and it won't let me, and the app is useless on that front.
Downloaded the app. I verified it but I am unable to locate my store which is about a year old. I submitted the info for a new store and once I hit submit nothing happened. There were not notes saying I entered incorrect info. I chose an old store of mine and it says I have no store still. I went to the My IMEI section and I'm unable to add any information. I went to the my sales and I am unable to add information. There are no instructions or walk throughs on how it works.
Our company was offered to use this app and was told we would take a test then recieve a $25 gift card. Little did we know it was several test, the first few had 10 points, so I thought I will earn it quick. But NO! I told my RM not to tell anyone else about this stupid app. LG really?? Do better! I'll change my rating if you stop misleading people.
Help email unresponsive... don't use app. Not sure how LG is still supporting this app as it is a complete embarrassment. Feel free to do 200 points in training and watch them vanish one day with no company response.
The giftcards are not sending out to us after redeeming it. I have been waiting for more than a week and nothing. Need to fix this issue or at least let people know that it is delayed or something.
I enjoy the training and learning but I wish they'd bring gift cards back. Finally saved up almost 200 Points and now they're all gone.
It wont work! Keeps saying oops something is wrong. I uninstalled then reinstalled logged in and it crashed again:( what is going on with it???
In theory, its great.. I redeemed 100 points for a 25$ gift card, and it just sorta ate my points and I nothing happened. No email confirmation, no nothing, just poofed away my points. Rather disapointed.
I redeemed my points for a gift card a month ago and I never received it. I sent an email and never got a response. I'm doing all of these trainings and I'm unable to reap the benefits. This is my only complaint.
Sadly but every so often my points have disappeared from within the app. most recently they have disappeared and have yet to return after the latest update that was installed for the app. Overall functionality of the app is fine and it is relatively fast. I do wish that went updates were made both the customer facing and the back end would be in sync and work.
