This is not very good. It is too restrictive. This app has not gotten any better with each upgrade. About 11 months ago the app was user friendly and flexible. I really dislike this new version.
It's below average missing key abilities. This app needs notifications to record your daily tasks at EOD. I forget to log my workouts and food and don't remember until the next day. Would be nice if you can go back, at least, 1 day. The weight loss percentage makes no sense. It should be milestones and adjustable. My initial goal was to lose 15% and it stays that way when I pass it. Fix these and my rating goes up. More than happy to give more feedback.
The app closes every time I switch apps. I have to click everything multiple times before it is selected. If I add 3 photos for a meal but then remove one, I'm not able to add another. We should be able to add more photos in a field. What if we have more than 3 snacks in a day or more than 3 parts to a meal? I've had to do a photo collage to successfully include all of the food on occasion.
The videos refer to using the fitness tracker they sent me, but I don't get one included in my company's plan, and it won't link to either of the two I already own. The app itself is not intuitive or terribly easy to use, and that's when it does work. For the last week it has been completely unusable. The inspirators are great but the tech side needs some work to make this program really usable.
Program is good, the app is pretty much useless. It stopped syncing with Google Fit w/ the last update on 3/22/19. It worked for the past year and just stopped with the update. Have to use Google Fit because it won't recognize Samsung wearables. The video watching is a challenge because you have to keep tapping the screen to have it stay awake. The Body Trace scale rarely connects and updates. Finally, the app doesn't close with back arrow. Again... the program is great but the app needs work.
This app is clearly not in conformity to Android standards. It never appears in the list of recently active apps making it impossible to clear it from memory for a fresh start when it isn't working correctly, or for easy navigation between multiple apps. Currently the app isn't even working because it constantly reports there's an update but when I go to the Play store there are no updates and you can't get past this update nag screen.
This is the worst app I have seen. It often shows "New versión available" without options to do it later or not update it at all. When going to the store it only shows "open" option. Clicking on it takes you back to the "New versión available" message. It is not working most of the time.
Horrible app never syncs. Keeps saying to download update but no updates available. Getting help is Horrible since it always has to go to another person or department. Apps needs serious IT help. Their fix to sync is to open the app every day. HA like anyone will remember to do that, and can't even open because of the phantom app update needed that isn't there to install.
this ap is going to make me quit the program. it wont sync with my Google fit, shows me the same stupid videos over and over again. I'm also kind of tired of snapping pictures. I want to log calories and macros because I do well with that.
Opened up the installed application. It said there was a new version. I clicked on install and it was an infinite loop asking to install. When playstore opened it only offered to Uninstall or open the app. It was almost as if I already had the current version.
Since your update, It wiped out my username and password. When I try to reset my password, it sends me an email. I don't close the app, just open another app and when I go back to enter the code on Newtopia, the app has closed itself and I am not able to reset. So basically I can't use this app until you fix this or reset my password for me and send me the new password. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10
App had a message saying "A new version of the Newtopia App is now available" but there is no update in the Play store. Makes the app completely unusable, as soon as you try to close the message it pops back up again.
What an amazing inspirational platform. Very creative idea and very nice for keeping you healthy. They need to work an application more, its not user friendly and its hard to sign up but the whole idea is really magnificent.
Great concept, very poorly executed. App is not user friendly and is significantly lacking in functionality. Also, right now I cannot even get into the app because it is telling me I need to install update from app store, but app store says I am using most recent update.
Weight trendline only lets you view by calendar year. No way to scroll to view past 90 days. Cannot view in landscape either. More infuriating than typing in my weight and making my own chart on excel
The app won't let me use it and says a new version is available but either that isn't for my phone or there is a mess up. I don't see a new version on app store. Tired of this happening every time there seems to be an update.
The app, when working is good, but it keeps saying there's a new version, but when I go to update there isn't. Now I can't do anything on the app because you can't do anything without the non-existent update. Service itself is great.
Since upgrade, app fails to update from Bodytrace and Fitbit. IT needs to get involved to fix. Extremely frustrating and unnecessary time selecting update and nothing happens.
The app is telling me an update is available but when I click on the option to update, it takes me to google play but all it says is open or uninstall. I can't do anything in the app because of this message. Other than uninstalling and reinstalling what am I supposed to do?
I miss being able to look back at previous days. Also, I keep getting caught in a loop of seeing an update notification when I have already updated the software.
The app seemed to work okay until the latest update. Now whenever I open the app, it tells me to install the update but when I click on that it takes me to the App Store but only gives me the option to open the app, not to install an update.
Keep receiving message that new app is available but I have the most updated version. I'm not allowed to access the app
Updates when ai use it, constant login loop. When it works it is great!!! When it doesn't, it is frustrating.
It keeps showing me new version is available even after I upgraded to latest version. Now I am stuck with that message even after I restarted. Very buggy!
