Im trying to reset my password the app is telling me a code is being sent to my email but im not recieveing the emails and i"m sure the the password is right. If you put a product out there stand behind it and mke sure consumers are getting a quality product that works properly. A job is only as good as the person that does it.
The app do not work when you log in you can't get your balance
I've used this app for years and I upgraded my phone and it updated the app and Now, I can't log in. It says that it can't connect to the internet. PLEASE help
i didnt want to give it a star. I've been trying for 3 days to get my account information. Cant text to get my balance. this is the worst card I've ever had. Will be canceled in a few days
Never used the card or the application. But the time I just happened to find the card just sitting on my kitchen table. Don't say it. The card was ready to expires 7/2020 I've received an email to renew my card. But she was going on vacation and I've not had the chance. Talk soon
The app and the web site hardly ever works. Don't waste your time downloading. If I could have a rating of 0 I would have.
Never had an issue with Achieve. I always enjoyed being an Achieve member because this bank (Bancorp Bank) does not hold your direct deposits, they release them immediately so we always got our paychecks 2 day's sooner. Now we use traditional banks.
I have had this app and change to Samsung Galaxy A20s and now it will not open but in play store app.
This app works great... that is, WHEN it works, which it has a tendency Not to.
This is the sorriest app to try to do anything with, you can't even get in it to even open your account you need to try something new
Too hard to login try four times to login none of it worked
I have been with Achieve Card for 9+ years, when it was master card, but now in 2019, I cant go in a bank and get money like I have every year, due to the bank not being able to use your pin, so now I have to go to Atms and make money for the card and the atms, I dont underatand this change? Thank you.
This app is impossible to win money at. Its a huge waste of time.
Get my check 5 days early every month, to much in fees but it's cool

Can't access my account. The app says to check my connection but it is fine . Can't activate replacement card the old one expires 06/22 next month. This needs attention and there is aalfunction with the automated system it says the card is already active but when I used it the place said it payment was unsuccessful try later
