This application is very informative and the resources are endless. Tho i found the navigation tools and menus to be difficult and not well setup. Also there are at least three separate logins you need to get to different resources. It is a good application for companies but for users that are not computer savvy....it could be a hinderence to accessing important information that is only available to an employee through this site.

This app is absolutely frustrating as constantly having to change passwords. It logs you out and will not recognise passwords.

The app does not work. Its so unstable that its frustrating, it keeps forgetting the username and password pre fill so biometrics does not work and when i finally login it crashes and i have to start over again. Absolute garbage of an app.

I use this app for work and it hasn't worked in a month. Keeps crashing or reverting back to the home screen. Recently it won't even let me log in. Cleared cache and uninstalled, still won't work.

While I love this app, it does not work with my new phone, s21 ultra 5g. I can log in on a computer and on other people's phones. But when I log into the app on my phone, all I get is that Then a random reference number that is different at every attempt.

This app is total garbage. No matter what I do, it keeps telling me to change my password. I have changed it and then try to log in again and it tells me to change password again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled the app again. Nothing works

This app keeps booting me out and back in. I can only view the comments and points I get through notification. If I try and go to my profile or someone else's to see what was written it boots me out, by the second boot it is says this Achievers keeps stopping. This is very stranger and do to this ongoing issue I am not a fan of this App.

I can never log in. I have rewards to collect but I can't access it

Terrible, the website forces you to use the app if tou want to shop, but the app has no categories, just every item lumped in together. There is a search if you know exactly what you want. Best to do this on a computer without the app.

App won't let you login. It does not work. Useless app that just takes space on your phone and waste bandwidth to install.

I love the concept of facilitating appreciation and gratitude but I can't read notifications on this app. Keeps crashing when I try. Their dev team needs to address this issue

App has become unusable in the last few months. Previously worked well, now won't even accept my user details, yet can login just fine on the website. Please fix the app

I really enjoy this app but have not been able to access it for about 2 weeks. It now asks for a username and password when I have not had to do that before. I have an android A52 5G. Was there an update I was not aware of?

I can't read my notifications app keeps stopping.. please fix thank you!. My phone is a lg7 android. All was working till your update on jan.13 2022

ordered a gift card, took it two weeks to even start shipping, and then they told me it would take three weeks for it to even get to me? if I order something on thanksgiving it should get to me before christmas! The wait times are unreasonable and the rewards are lacking. All in all, I'd prefer to just buy something on amazon than use free points on this awful app. Especially since I still have to pay by paying income tax on all my points! Next time I won't use them.

I find this app extremely unreliable. Every time it has an update, it logs me out if the app, I have to sign back in, and it can't seem to find me. It is a royal pain, and the customer support bot is entirely useless and unhelpful.

The only real issue I have is I wish they had more exercise options like treadmills or bikes, that kind of stuff.

This App is used by my employer and it's a great way to recognize employees! It used to work fine but recently It has been glitching. I will try to log in but cannot get past the SSO page. I cannot access anything on it. The notifications still announce I have been recognized but I cannot open the app to check the recognition. It is very frustrating. I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it but nothing helps. Please can you fix this glitch!

Wish it had a wishlist like the desktop, so it won't use the points i have just to save an item I might want, causing other items that I can still afford not being available to me. I also wish it were easier to find things with a filter and categories, like the desktop.

Was great until recently...used to be able to log in, select stay logged in, and the app wouldn't require a login for quite some time...recently however it requires a login each time, and it doesn't succeed...I put in my info, screen goes white, stays like that indefinitely, I have to force stop the app, for it to actually get past that screen...this has to be done each and everytime...uninstalling, and reinstalling does nothing...galaxy s21 ultra

I like how I can look up events, and get emails and messages. Also really useful for checking out my schedule If I can. The flaw is sometimes the system updates and logs everyone out of their accounts. Then when you put in your user and password, It doesn't accept the password for the account even if its the Only code you use to log back in. Other than This annoying flaw, the apps still ok to use.

What a rip off. If you're going to delay visa cards up to 6 weeks at least put it in description before purchase!!!! Don't put it after we make the purchase put it before!! I Would've never bought them if that was the case. This is going to be the best chrismtas getting to use the giftcards in January 2020. Now you did updated it thanks but I'm one of the few that didnt have that message before.

Does not let me sign in. Says same password and ID I have been using is not correct. Says it will set me up to for a new password but just circles back 'password is incorrect ", around and around and so on till locked out. Can not get support. Worst app I've ever had to use. Leaves me without access to my schedule and info regarding my job.

I've used this app twice now (once each on different phones) and BOTH times it sent my recognitions to the recipient without award points attached. Both times I had to followup and rectify it through the Achievers website instead. I've now uninstalled this app permanently.

This is a very poorly designed app. Notifications cause the app to reload if selected while the app is open. App has a habit of randomly restarting. Communication tools in event of password issues are useless or invisible. Do better.

Previous version to 3.0 worked fine, I could log in without a problem. Now that it has been updated it keeps giving me network error. If this problem gets fixed then I would change my rating, otherwise it will stay as is.
