Ackerman Security

Needs an update! The app doesn't work properly! A couple of times I've tried to disarm my alarm from my phone and it doesn't work! It spins and remains Armed! Do better! Now the app won't open on my phone! I've tried several times and when it did open it showed no systems found! This app is in need of an update!!

Constant problems with the SD card.If I could give this app 0 stars I would. The app still doesn't work. Its getting worse. Don't use Ackerman. No update on my review cause nothing has changed

Horrible app! Barely works. Doesn't send proper notifications. Doesn't show all of the days clips. For all the money we pay, you'd think something as important as the app would be up to par. This plus my recent moving experience has left a bad taste for Ackerman. Never referring and considering canceling.

As of yesterday, my phone is saying that the Ackerman App has a virus. This was not the case prior to your newest update. It's being recommended that I remove the App.

Definitely needs some work. I've been awakened because a silent alarm was sent - several days later I found out that one of the techs entered the wrong system ID (I'm still waiting for an apology). I've received calls regarding motion being detected inside my home, when the house is empty and the windows and doors are secure......either I have ghost or the system is flawed - my guess is that the system is flawed. Perhaps I should have gone with another provider.......

Update: latest release appears to have fixed the issue. Previous update: Latest update seems to have made things worse. It shows the system disarmed when it is really armed. Also, will not allow me to arm. Something broke with the last update.

This security system is the worst. The panels are always login off. the response time is extremely slow. sometimes they never even call after the alarm goes off. I'm done,.I'm going back to Vivint.

This is single handedly the worst security company I have ever encountered. I moved and they were registering all activities to my old address to include when the alarm sounds. I had a technician come to fix the system at the new house and due to their screw up he showed up at the old house. I have tried cancelling so many times and yet their "loyalty" team; who consists of harassing liars refuse to do anything but take my money and not fix the issue. STAY CLEAR

I have to constantly sign back in the on a daily basis. Especially to get my notifications that I have set on my phone. Why is it signing out on its own everyday? Didn't use to do this when I first got the app. Also there is no way you can see your activity history within the app.

App constantly says connecting to system. Motion detected displays hours after motion was detected. Syetem says disarmed on dashboard when its really armed. Please fix appm

my system is too sensitive, I've tried toning it down. I guess it's good, records everything both sounds and pics

This app doesn't load real time, and everything takes forever to load.

Constantly connecting yet won't connect until i force stop it.

My Galaxy S20 phone just told me this app has a virus and recommended uninstalling!

App doesn't work...website does, but app doesnt.

McAfee is saying this app presents a security threat. So now I can't monitor my property via security cameras. What's the point Ackerman?

I have tried to download this app for over an hour and it is still not downloaded.

Wonderful company to keep your home safe and very nice and knowledgeable staff
