ACME Markets Deals & Rewards

Now the App keeps crashing everytime you click on to an item to check size or ingredients! It's absolutely ridiculous that these Supermarket do not bag our groceries in some type of eco friendly bags with handles, and for home delivery, not everyone lives on the first floor! People need to climb multiple floors with their groceries. Those brown bags tear very easily. It's ashame that these big supermarket chain store can't find a better solution for their customers, especially the elderly ones!

Introduced a persistent notification that your location is being tracked, which means your location is tracked even when you're not using the app. Such an invasion of privacy! Worse, they are able to identify your location within their stores via Bluetooth. I am keeping the app disabled unless I happen to be in an ACME store, which I intend to do less frequently.

This app was completely useless! It asks for my zip code then tells me "delivery is but available in your area" and that's it, I can't do anything! I don't even want delivery! I just want to see the sales ads and it would be nice if I could make a shopping list and see prices. But nooooo, you can't do anything.

After removing the app. on my phone and reinstalling the Acme app., I am able to load coupons. Hopefully this will work the way my coupons did when I downloaded them. I'll be sure to try the app when visiting the store soon. I suggest if anyone has issues with the app to do the same.

You have many people sending in the same complaint about your application sending notifications saying that they are being tracked even if the user has location permissions turned off. This is not legit. What are you going to do about it? You know the issue. I don't want to talk about it. BE ABOUT IT AND FIX IT.

I have been using the acme app from the beginning!!! This has brought me savings of up to $189 plus.... especially on senior Tuesdays!!!!!!! Those of you not benefiting from this app are missing something. Use the app as it tells you, clip every coupon in the "just for you". Make sure you use all your rewards for free items! Clip all your coupons and they will come up when you ring up!! I don't have to go to a discount store when Acme app remembers me!! I am very happy I save always! 🥇Employes!

won't let me log in once I give verification code. I've Uninstalled and installed app numerous times. keeps telling me that they are having service difficulties. been been trying to get this working for over 2 weeks frustrating..

This app is the absolute worst. My added rewards coupons don't get credited. It's awful to navigate, its time consuming to add coupons and rewards and super annoying when they don't work. Its da woist. I don't want to waste more time making contact everytime a coupon doesn't work.

Violates permissions security. You cannot turn off location, even to only when using app and even if you don't use online ordering. I'm installing and done with predatory Acme. Oh, and I called customer service to ask how to turn it off and they said we can't. It has to track us and we can't turn off. No option to do so on the app or on phone.

Update.. the app is still not letting me change things in my cart or check out. And here's an idea, could someone have the app and website sync? I have my cart full in the app but because I can't checkout without constant error messages, I have to go to the website and now I have to go through the whole shopping process again. The high price of food, fresh pass added tip for delivery (forced tip i've had delivery ppl that don't deserve 5% of my order) you would think everything would sync

I've used this app for close to a year for delivery .My husband and I both have cancer and the convenience and location helps us. I've talked to store managers, online customer service, delivery manager and service desk manager. I got a gift card. And a refund for $32 for part of my order that was never delivered. NO ONE EVER CALLS ME FOR SUBSTITUTIONS! And u have a 50/50 chance of getting an "in stock item. So I get parts of planned meals I can't use. Not one thing changed. No call for subs.

The old Acme app was working just fine. Then I got a notice to update the app, but when you hit update, the icon just spins and spins, never updates. It will not let you access the Acme app without updating. Catch 22. Does anybody actually test before launching this folly?

Almost simple. For a grocery app I expect very easy. Not all stores carry the same product and there are times when the advertised and store prices differ so be mindful of that. Read the fine print since not all items are exactly placed on shelves and a deal will not be honored if not fully adhered to. Acme does have great staff that do take the time to help and the courtesy counter always does the customer right. The app will get better, the store continues to be desirable.

App is clunky and inconsistent. Items in weekly add won't load into cart. Selecting "do not substitute", while it appears in the app, does not appear in store version. Help function sends you to a clueless chatbot. App needs a LOT of work!

Well I just downloaded this app & right from the start it was a problem. It wouldnt recognize my phn number or my email. I had to continue as a guest & then when I tried to clip a coupon but then you can't because you don't have an account. 🤦

Pixel 3XL: Every day I get a notification from my phone that Safeway is tracking my location. I haven't opened the app in days. Not a problem with any other app these days. Kindly fix!! Reply to developers: Constant location tracking should be disabled by default!!

Currently trying to upgrade this app, the Google Play Store is having issues, so in the meantime I can't use this apps features of digital coupons. I will have to shop again which is something I hate doing.

I really can't get motivated to use Acme. I get their emails and it only fits 1 item per page with lots of wasted white space. The app homepage is cluttered and should feel like the front page of a flyer. $1 off doesn't tell me if I'm getting a deal if the item is overpriced by $2. "$5 off when you buy $30 or more", another item "Earn 10X points w/ $50 or more." Too much to keep track of. It isn't horrible, it just isn't fluid and enjoyable. Always feels like you're looking for loopholes.

"Safeway is tracking your location" notification show up even when location permission is disabled. The app is either broken (sending notification when it's not supposed to) or tracking user without user consent.

ACME, Cortlandt Town Center, has the best curbside pickup ever. My order is always right and getting a time slot is never a problem. Love the service from this location. I highly recommend A+

College Square Acme is seriously under staffed all of the time and there is never enough Carts to go around....the girls in the Deli need to be more attentive and smile occasionally..I always feel like I am taking them away from a task they're trying to finish...for the most part the employees look like they're doing their best, but they really need more help.

Recently I started to receive a notification that says "Safeway is tracking your location. Click to stop" I have Location permission disabled for this app, so not sure why I still get this notification.

Our acme is already ridiculous with over pricing, so I get the app because some deals pan out nice. Problem is you spend all this time on the app clipping coupons and making a list for none of the coupons to ever work. Ever.

For some weird reason the app closed on me and won't allow me to make purchases at all. Just a blank screen with the word ACME on top. Please fix issue

I have ordered twice for pick up from this app 1st time I ordered 13 items and only got 7 2nd time time I ordered 7 items and got 5 Does the drop off team have access to change the order? On both occasions I ordered packaged deli ham slices They were removed from my list This app needs work Does Acme test the app before rolling it out? BJs app works on and out of the store One more try before I dump this app and Acme

Tracking my location even though I have that shut off. I see many others with the same problem... and it's a BIG problem. You do not need to invade my privacy. Services do NOT need my location to work, that's a lame excuse to cover your tracks on invading our privacy.

Okay...creepy factor...why is Safeway tracking MY location??? I spoke to a customer service person on the Safeway website, and she told me that they are part of a group that Acme also belongs to, and that's probably why Safeway is tracking my location. I don't like that one bit, that's freaky as hell and I'm uninstalling the Acme app immediately.

Not pleased with most recent update. App sends notification that it is tracking even when signed out. And unable to find setting to make it stop.

Acme is the most expensive grocery store around. The app seems to work well enough but I don't need an app telling me to get my Covid booster

On my last visit to Acme, I try to use my clipless coupon on my phone. When I checked out, it didn't work. The store manager said that I have to go into the app and give it 15 - 20 minutes before it activates! It was very disappointing to say the least. Why can't I go to my app online and get it to work immediately when I checkout without having to wait around? I have heard other customers complain about the same issues. Otherwise, I love shopping at Acme!
