there is no need for this app, the app wants you to order your food online via this app and have to go the cafeteria and collect your food. It doesn't save time, it's just making the things complicated. Whatever it is showing in the menu is not available with the vendor sometimes, More importantly the Accenture facility in which i am working having poor network. In this case, this is the only way to order food, what if i don't have a smartphone or poor internet connection.
So many payment options including net banking and all the payment wallets, the only thing which needs to fixed according to me is... The refresh rate of the app.It should refresh according to the availability of stocks at each step of the whole transaction or atleast before redirecting to the payments gateway so that one doesn't places an order which went out of stock few moments ago!. Other than that every things are perfect Overall rating is a 4.7 but not five until the problem is fixed. 🙂
Defies all logic and common sense. So the founders of this app have somehow managed to establish deals with cafeterias at most major tech parks in Bangalore and prohibited the food catering services from allowing use of any other payment/Wallet options. I can't even use my debit or credit card to order food! So now to buy food I not only have to pay for it. I have to give away my userdata to this app? Who the hell comes up with these brilliant strategies. I'm not sure how this is even legal.
very worst application ever i have seen. when you place the order. immediately a popup comes in to rate about the order even before u close the application. how will i know about the food before eating and even the order was not prepared for me. very pathetic.it'll not allow u to close/navigate to place another order. there are lots of scensrios for which i would require the app without the mandatory popup. before you come to Corporate do test the application completely and launch it.
More than a week since i last dropped a mail to the devs stating that i cannot make/choose Payments and so cannot place orders and use this application. Now ordering food at work is only possible through the app and this has become a hassle. Please respond to my mail, better yet, please release an update to your update which broke the app on my s8+ (not sure if its only my phone or my model as a whole). All other details are in my mail to the devs. Will consider increasing rating if issue is fixed.
Unable to pay from Sodexo card or zeta app. Please fix this.. else balance in sodexo card will not be utilized for meals in Hungerbox app.
App is good and solving its purpose but the Most irrirating thing is its speed, very slow app, doesnt work on slow net and takes time to start. Everytime you open this app it will ask for last order review which is irritating.
App is Okay. Most of the problem is with internet availability in cafeteria. There should be a offline payment system through app which can be synced later when network re-establishes.
most pathetic app i have ever come across. doesnt work on low data, crashes on slow net. irritating feature is forced review of e every order. practically if you buy packet of lays 10 times , you have to provide forced review Everytime about the product!! even Lays company is not this rigid. there is no way to escalate problem. management is deaf and so are their staff !!
Earlier version was better as screenshot was possible. GUI is better but dropdown for selection of cafe is not working as earlier its navigating to another page.
This is the worst app ever created in the history of mankind.....from almost a month every time I place an order from this app, it doesn't show QR code for 5 minutes....it disables my network every time i place order... And nowadays i am unable to place order until I restart my phone.... And we have no other way to eat in our cafeteria......such disapointment
Waste of time and effort. half of the payment gateways linked don't work. If there is any way to give zero stars I'd be happy to oblige. Plus now it seems this is a misleading app. Keeps taking orders even there is no food.
This app is causing lot of issues.. one of them is sudden auto launch of the app.. whenever I open another app.. it asks to complete activity using acn cafe app.. This is kinda very disappointing and irritating bug.. please resolve it as it's a mandate to use this app in company cafeteria ...
I updated the app to the latest version.. After the new update im unable to order the new food without providing feedback about the past order. But here the issue is my previous order yet to be delivered.
Need lot of development really frustrated with this app processing and everything to order it will takes 15-20 minutes on top of that it will be cancelled one of the worst experience I ever had
they have dependency on another hardware to scan the QR code, then they will proceed your order for preparing. Many office app is there which you just need to order on your sitting desk and they will receive the order online.when your food is ready you will get a food ready to tale messages from counter.that i think is the best way to serve food in office.
Nice one, but still it needs some update like, ordering from more vendors in one bar code.... Payment mode should not be the same mobile number linked with the account, etc.
app was forced on employees to use mandatorily..not happy with app. many time on slow network, have issue with payments and even after deducting balance, order confirmation does not come..
Poor Connectivity, very dumb when it comes to user Interface, providing unnecessary updates in and around.
After making payment I waited in queue for 10mins only to be told what I had ordered is not available. Their helpdesk is hardly helpful. I now have to wait for 2 days for a refund. Ever since they started service, good vendors have left because of hefty commissions and quality has gone down for rest. These people take no responsibility for the quality or service is the vendors. These reviews hardly matters as long as the nexus between hungerbox and office facility management forces us to use it.
Hilarious.. Even before eating the dish, you ask for feedback. And without feedback for previous orders you don't allow to place new orders..
Worst app and worst vendors. We have to order and wait in queue to scan to get our food. And even food options and quality is very less.

This is one of the most stupid app I have ever seen...while should I need to create multiple interface payment when I have one way.. Because this now I am not able to do card payment and give raw cash..This is a very stupid app .. Please go to hell

Please train the vendors in deleting the food details which is not available at the time when to accept the orders if there is no availability of food Such a bad experience when there is no availability of food but that is present in list and after scanning they are telling not available this happens frequently
Digitised cafeteria may sound very modern but when the network is not working, you won't be able to order food despite of having enough cash with you. completely disagree.
It is an irritating feature: 1. Feedback of each Order is "Mandatory" 2. Too much animation on new 5.0.3 ( Not sure since when this animation came) Much needed Option: 1. Search Vendor can be replaced with Search Item accross Vendors. Vendors will be 5-10, so people can scroll and see. Food items are confusing, example i would always have to go into the vendor and see if they have certain item. If there is a global search, i can just search food items and see which all vendors have that
