Are there devices that are not compatible with ACN Compass?
At this time, Blackberry devices and the Samsung Galaxy 5 are not compatible with the ACN Compass app. When attempting to download the app on these devices, users will receive an error message stating the device isn’t compatible.

Like Veronica I had the flashing black and white screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is working properly again! Thank you ACN for staying cutting edge!
This app has been problematic since the release. While I believe in the company, the opportunity & the services we provide, the development & support around this app (that was released 6+ months ago & was to revolutionize our business) has been a major disappointment. I pretty much ignore the app at this point 🙁😓
Most times I get the blinking screen.Very frustrating. This app is great! What's the fix for this? This app is great when I get into it.
I initially could not get the app to open past agreeing to the terms of use and had to delete and redownload it. Otherwise could be a helpful app to my biz.
Sorry, this application does not always work according to the following layout it has been described as. It laggs offen, then logged out of that particular page or account while accessing. Having to be productive and feel free to do something with ease in front of a customer is needed to get the sale.
enough is enough!!! did you test it! the login!!! your app is putting automatically @acn.compass! four time I have installed it! four time I have delete it. ACN is a great company but the Android team...not so good
This app worked great when i first installed now it just flashes even when trying to come in through my back office. I really need all the tools that are available in this app. PLEASE FIX IT!
I've installed and uninstalled and reinstalled this app a few times and I can never get past selecting ibo. The screen goes white and stays that way.
flashes white and black upon opening. needs bug fixes. works after clearing app and reopened.
Its a great tool. But I too am having issues when opening the app. I have to close and reopen to get it to work correctly.
This app has brought the company into the palm of you're hand! I love the ability to share the incredible opportunity that ACN is with such ease and fluidity! A must have for any IBO
difficult to navigate thru. I found the video why ACN us not a Pyramid Scheme but cannot find it again.

This would be a great app, if it worked. I tried creating myself as a guest. The app displays an error message as I type in my email address correctly. Took me a few minutes to figure that one out. I did not get any notice when my 'guest' completed the survey. When I went to 'Shop Now' and entered my state, I found that there is no way to get past the splash screen. I am sure the programmers are working hard. Can't wait to see what this thing might be able to do someday. Until then I am sticking to email and phone for customer contacts.
This is a pyramid scheme company. They push you to recruit other people, not sell their services. If you do sell a service, you're simply a middle man that nobody wants.
I have tried several times to use this app since the launch. I had trouble logging in at first. once I got in, I was not able to sink my contacts properly. I reset my phone a few times and was then able to log in but still no help sinking my contacts. I have since tried to log in and I too continue to get the flashing black and white screen. Considering others are having this issue, it makes me believe it is NOT my phone. ACN is very good at listening to feed back, I hope this is resolve soon.
