ACNB Bank Mobile App

The image capture for depositing checks needs improved. Sometimes the image is perfectly clear and it will give an error making you retake the picture. Other times it will say the amounts don't match when they do making you retake the picture, sometimes more than once. Then there's the error of something wrong with the actual process again making you take the picture all over again.

Terrible ever since their update. Once a week if I'm lucky I can actually login to my account on the app and it open my account. 99% of the time it just stuck in loading accounts. Deleted an redownload the app and no change. Never had an issue before update to their entire system. Have the same issue on my laptop when trying to login on their website but not as often.

ACNB banking app is simple and easy to use. It will also save you a little bit of money if you're still paying for paper statements every month. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to save a little money and also have quick and easy access to all of their accounts information.

Never had an issue with the bank or the app. Works very well. Although for future Research and Development, consider revamping the layout with better sections and info summary. But the biggest recommendation would be to implement a photo deposit option for checks. Other banks do it and even my least favorite bank has made it so that it works pretty well, so I believe ACNB could make an even better experience for it.

Since the last update which has been a while the App is extremely slow to log into and purchases or account activity may not show up for a few days or over a week instead of right away keeps you in limbo as to what has cleared and what hasn't. This App needs major improvements as it has become a disappointment.

Very useful. Easy way to access my banking info and preform transactions. Not five stars because occasionally the app has struggles and I have to uninstall and reinstall to make it run smoothly again. But mostly it is a very helpful app!

Painful. Just painful. I dread mobile deposit every month. No way to turn on camera flash to eliminate shadows. Even with added light OCR will error with "amount entered does not match amount detected" and my favorite "you must endorse with 'For Mobile Deposit Only'". I waste at least two checks having to re-write amounts and copius endorsements just to get a single deposit accepted. It takes almost as long to use mobile deposit as it does to just drive the half-hour to the bank.

This thing is terrible when using the mobile deposit feature. Check PNC's to see how an app should work. With theirs, one click front and back, it self focuses, always spot on. ACNB's take at least two tries to get a decent pic.

Great app. Transferring money TO/from ACNB accounts is instant which really blew me away. Makes it so easy to manage my money. I love this bank and the app is flawless. Never had an issue after using it for 5 years.

Downloaded the app hoping to make mobile deposits but it doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times but it has a glitch on the log in and never gets beyond that point.

nice to get a quick look at your account, but wish you could have more access such as taking picture of checks like bigger banks have. going to the bank isnt always an easy option to deposit checks.

The app only allows me to log in half the time. the other half of the time I have to reinstall the app and resign in, and sometimes that doesn't fix the issue.

The bank has been very good to me. The only thing that I don't like is when you do maintenance on weekends, you mess up my passwords. This has happened several times now. I can't check my balance or get into my account. I really need to be able to get in to my account all the time. Is there any way I could use a pin number instead? Thank you. Nancy Foote

terrible, the app worked great at first but now no matter what you do you have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time you want to check your account, and talking to support they just brush you off, they need to fix their app

Easy to use, easy deposit, a little delayed but I can budget easily. I do wish we had choice to make deposits available immediately. But the app itself is good.

Trash never works, infinite loading screen several times. Mobile deposit is nice but can't get into the app to do so.

Hasn't worked for weeks. Stuck on loading screen and never actually opens. ACNB apparently doesn't care or they would fix it.

I love it. It is a great app and so easy to do my banking. I can pay my bills without any problem. They always get paid on time. I don't have to worry about stamps or the payments getting lost in the mail or being late.

The app makes banking online convenient and the Zelle service makes it's fast to send emergency funds to the kids and the bill pay options is great also. Respectfully,

This is the first time I had ever had a banking app. I feel safe with it ,they are helpful and are vigilant with the accounts!

The app used to work! since Christmas or so the app has not worked! I see by other reviews other are experiencing the same. PLEASE ACNB fix this problem!!

Unable to transfer funds from loan accounts to checking. This was a standard feature in the Frederick County Bank system. It is frustrating to need to make a telephone contact with an agent when the funds are already approved for overdraft protection and drawdown by the customer

Can't ever login to my account anymore. Not even from the webpage. Think it's time for a new bank because they haven't even attempted to fix this in the past month

This app doesn't work more then it does by a lopsided margin.. maybe 1 out of 20 times it might work..and that's generous..

I love this app! It really helps when I'm out and about! I love being able to check my balances and transfer when I need to!

Difficult to find bank statements. Make label clearer to understand and easier to find from Menu

Very easy and convenient way to access our accounts. I can balance all of our accounts at any time quickly with online banking.

Decent app, remote deposit did work not get errors last 2 attempts, atm deposit works fine. App needs updated, waaay to picky
