Sir, after installation first time it worked very well. After that I had disconnected and reconnected the RD device. It is not working. I try to reinstall the app. Then it works. If I disconnect and reconnected, not working. After reconnecting it always shows Pl connect fm220 error. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

This is very good app for mobiles. I don't have any lag. It works smoothly. But after expired the subscription,it ask for re register by pay money.
Why are we asked to pay the annual or lifetime rental fees......?(as if we got the device for free).We customers buy this device which is not cheap and again we pay for our data usage to operate this device and also it has a very short guarantee period or no guarantee period at all.....If there was a video or picture or talk time available then it's OK......but, paying just for screening ur fingers is too demanding.
It is working good. But recently 3 JEEVANPRAMAAN PATRA IDs has been rejected by EPFO DATABASE with remark "OK". I am not able to understand what is the problem. Please clarify if anybody knows solutions for this. It is cleared by APFC, KADAPA. The PRAMAAN ID has been rejected due to DOB is not matching with Aadhaar DOB. My device FM220U has been working good but suddenly it is displaying" pl connect FM220". even after connecting the device. But the said device is functioning on other phone.
This app needs access permission of Phone calls , sms and Device Storage access, Camera access etc. Although these accesses are not needs for this app. This type of scanning apps only needs OTG data transfer access for finger scanning purposes. I'm not satisfied with these unusable access for this app.
Support from acpl is very poor , they are just interested for the purchase of rd service . once you purchase the rd service . they try to linger on things . no technical support they provide if your device not working even after purchase of rd service
