I'm having trouble checking out audio books. It says title not checked out for every title .
Unable to download Ebook !!!! I have a hold & find prompt to open "action tab" but unable to open it...... on IOS or Android devices
Like using the app but the developer needs to fix a few things. First whenever there is an important notice like "hey due to a major snow storm we will be closed!" They should allow you to close the message so you can use the app. As it stands right now you can't close the message and it's at the top blocking some of the apps functionality like the search bar. So basically I can't use the app when there are important messages that won't go away.
This used to be a great app. I could have multiple users logged in, so I could check out books for the entire family. However, since the update, the app has barely worked. The barcode worked, but that's it. I've been trying to search the catalog, and I keep getting no results. No matter what the search is, apparently the library doesn't have it. I really dislike the new update
This is terrible now!!! It does NOT work at all. This whole switch over is terrible!!!! I cannot do anything on the app now where I could do everything before. Now I have to go to the website & have everyone's library card handy to check when items are due or to renew or place holds. So much harder than it use to be before the switch. It's TERRIBLE!!!! FIX the app ASAP PLEASE!!!!
This app is just not good. Ever since the system was updated this has not worked the same. It is confusing and difficult to use. I cannot access my account, I do not get notifications, and cannot renew within the app. I've created a new account, as required, and things just haven't worked the same since. I have uninstalled several times, changed my username and password... really just tried to start all over again, but nothing is working correctly. I used to love this app, not anymore.
App won't communicate with the site so my lists, which I created 2 days ago on new site won't populate app. App insists on one username, website another. Started reading a 7 day express checkout, but it disappeared on the 2nd day as if it had never been checked out and now I have to get in line with the holds. Libby and Overdrive no longer work correctly with either, so I'm stuck on how to checkout and read via mobile. Oh, but my fine info is accurate so there's that.
I like the app. Pretty user friendly for the most part although you have an option to add books to a list but I cannot fathom how to get to the lists neither on the app or website. That feature seems unusable other than adding the media.
Its was easyer before..but I do love virtual book and movie options..please continue to ofer help to run app..I need it.
If I could rate it 0, I would. Made an account and added items to a list. Went back to the app a few hours later, no list and I can no longer search for items. And now it shows I have no account and doesn't recognize my email.
Horrible since they changed catalogs! The old catalog and system was so much better! On this app it will only search for Hoopla items. It won't bring up any books or movies even when specifically selecting DVD as the type. Just awful!
The app is now working again. Much easier to use with the website, not sure what was fixed but very happy that it is After the update it no longer works. I created my username and password and even changed it a few times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still can't get on to it
App will not let me sign in since the "upgrade:. I'll wait this out until they get it figured out. Update, you have to go into the website and activate your username to use Mobil. Best bet is to go inside the library. The Georgetown branch information desk did a great job of fixing my issues.
This used to be the best app evee. Ever since the big tech upgrade that they did the search feature is terrible. Good luck finding the right movie to check out... It's beyond terrible.
Wish I had known before spending time making lists that none of them would get saved in the app. No matter what, the My Lists tab is completely blank. Useful I guess for seeing what books are available, but use another app (or even pen & paper) if you're wanting to remember something you want
Doesn't always sync, haven't been able to checkout audiobooks or place holds since latest update. Overall, it's just a frustrating app.
Look, it shouldn't be this difficult to use a library app. I can make personal reading lists, but can't view or access them. What is the point of making lists if you can't easily view or edit them?
I had to delete the app and reinstall, sign in again, the get it to find my acct and checkouts. Because of this and the failed renewal on the automated phone renewal, i now have a fine. Sigh
Well idk the passward and user. It was good the old one where ou put the card number and your pin. Now it's all bad I can't get in to see when I return books. Now I can't download it. It used to not take up that much space
This app did work now it doesn't, it won't let you do anything, you can't log in or anything when you request a username and password and hit send to your email it does nothing and doesn't send it to your email
Fort Wayne app was better. National app lacks intelligence. Please go back to the original app. Searches bring up irrelevant books and very limited ability to narrow ones search. Poor quality app.
App shuts down when I click on a certain list. The other lists don't have problems. Just one.
Still having issues with the new system. I'm fairly computer and between my job and hobbies I bet I have 20 plus username and passwords accounts but never had this much problems. Also, why this is a "General public " place and app and I do mean "GENERAL"
No easier way to renew or place holds. It's really saved me money by being able to easily renew and see when my items are due.
App is good, browsing is difficult but is easier to manage books. However, renewal has been buggy lately
I can't log in with the credentials i just set up using the new ACPL website. I can access my account in the website just fine, but this mobile app doesn't let me log in at all.
I used to love this app and used it all the time. However, recently they must have changed something and I can no !longer read my books on my Kindle. I tried uninstalling and reinstall, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. So right mow I can only read my books on my phone.
