You can find a campsite that suits you quickly and easily using the ACSI Europe app. Even without an internet connection! The app contains reliable campsite information on 8600 campsites in Europe. All campsites are inspected every year by ACSI staff.

Very complicated. To purchase maps you need at least a masters degree. Too many different options which you cant understand. Bought the complete mapset for it through the app. Was charged by Google but never got the map and when I CALLED THEM THEY SAID NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE BOOKS. Why then do they have that option in the App. Stay away, more better and free apps elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible app. It takes an age to load even over superfast broadband. The filters don't work for example, select campsites and you get motorhome sites. It is impossible to access the drop down dates as these are obscured by the keyboard and the screen won't scroll to enable dates to be selected. Who designed this app?
Possibly useful app but so difficult to use. Extra clicks everywhere. The date filter is either buggy or not implemented (which would be important for the much-touted low-season campers), making it impossible to filter for season start date. Date selection is stuck to the year 2019.
Loading package takes a long time. Giving in code when you have got this is not working. Support had to do this? Strange that something simple as that need to be done with support. Amount of campings detail is limited. Option to send mail did give a error. All together not the best app that I have seen. And to bad they only thanks for the review, and do not make it better. Just lost a star....
This app is painfully slow. Its lack of speed renders it almost unusable.
Does this site actually exist? It's given me a load of sites in Italy I'm going to France and Spain. Really useful. Wasted a lot of time.
This app is great however at 6GB it is very big and takes alot of my 32GB internal storage on my phone. I have a 132GB sd card fitted but cannot move the app to the sd card. It appears that the app is not written to allow a move to the sd card then it will have to stay on internal memory! I also use Camper Contact, again a big app but this allows the app to be moved to my sd card. I hope you can change this app to allow movement to the sd card. Kind regards Mark Grimshaw
it's a really great app for planning and looking for camping all over Europe, however after the latest updates it has been really slow to load, and sometimes it doesn't even load at all.... Really disappointing!
Underwellmed at the moment. Purchased full campsite data but can't get it to load. App knows I have made purchase but won't display any sites other than defalt ones. Not very intuitive and keeps crashing.
does not take me to the correct position on Sat nav 25/01/2022 - still not impressed. This system just does not work. Logged. Fees paid. Cannot see any sites and it tells me to check my purchases, and then says there are none!!! What a frustrating system!!!
Frustrating, behaves like an early beta app. Have to force stop to close, download is outside Google, very buggy performance. Hope they have a helpful advice line, otherwise app will be unusable.
Filters are useless can't chose a country.
Paid but wont download, tried on my phone & tablet but download keeps failing. £2.99 out of pocket. Nightmare. Dont touch it not worth it. After emails back & forth the app providers are refusing to refund. Lining their pockets without providing the goods. Appalling service.
That was lame. It states can be used as a free trial initially. i open it and am told i have to pay €16/year to view anything. Pay for the app before I've had a chance to see if it's worth buying? No thanks. Uninstalling.
I have just downloaded it and it seems Ok. I have downloaded the maps I need and I can find the campsites. How can I book any chosen campsite? Thank you Giovanni
not very good . app keeps crashing on Samsung Galaxy s10 and galaxy Tab s3 cant click the links to go to campsite websites no way to book or reserve pitches if I go to website directly then prices are more expensive I cant even send an email back to acsi
Paid 1.99 for campsites in Netherlands, belgium, luxembourg. I don't see results in the map. zoom in zoom out feature in maps is terrible.
It's not ACSI specific at all, it's just a database of loads of general campsites that at some point have been visited by an ACSI inspector. No way of searching for sites that take the ACSI card.
App needs buying and downloading campsites yearly. Once I click on campsite for more info, the app crashes! And the loading also takes ages, indeed.
As a print/app subscriber I thought the content of this app was included. Feeling a bit ripped off having found out you only get an app without contents.
Installed app, paid for and downloaded sites for 3 countries, app worked fine for two hours then stopped working. Crashes and closes each time I try and open it
What's the point of the app? Having bought an ACSI book and card I thought this would then be a useful app/tool to view and book sites. Apparently not
Mega complicated. Asked to review it after failing to install it twice. Now I have to follow an email while I try to open.
I paid 5 times and no download showed up.
not worth paying for. sure its handy because its offline but google has literally hundreds more campsites in each region. easier to buy a coffee, get free wifi from a cafe and use google
Terrible. How can I get my money back? Paid the fee for France. Keep getting error messages and it won't find any campsites at all. Please refund me.
Waste of money, to slow even on super fast broadband, keeps saying not connected to the internet, displays sites that don't accept ACSI. All in all not good!
