ACT Chula Vista is a tool to report non-emergency neighborhood issues in Chula Vista. Although staff will endeavor to respond promptly, information submitted is not reviewed immediately. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, call 911.
To report an issue, select the proper category from the pull-down menu and provide a detailed description of the issue. After the issue has been submitted, staff will route the issue to the appropriate staff for review. Once staff reviews the issue, they will acknowledge the issue has been received. Staff will then take appropriate action to address the problem and close the issue.

Called about a problem in my alley check it almost once a mouth over a year. Then the say graet news your proplem has been taken care of even congratulated me they made a big deal pading them self!! I said really when?!! because nothing has been done its still the same!! So i wrote/posted back on the site. They never posted it got tired of trying 6 years later still the same gave up!!!

Where is the option to report illegal parking in the community? After typing in the description and selecting the issue, I have the hard time getting to the "submit" button. The virtual keyboard is in the way. Also, when selecting the issue button, the address that I typed earlier changed back to default! Not a users" friendly app!
I wouldn't deny it this app is perfect for my community
Buggy! Adding a picture is a major ordeal because the picture doesn't show up on your report so you don't know if it's being sent or not. Also the camera does not work in the app. I have to take the picture and then open the app and attach the picture from the gallery.
You can report problems and use the new Q&A tool to ask questions of city staff.
To slow to add photos, or update a location. Then it will post sometimes and sometimes not.
