Very basic functionality. I could perform the same functions but adding notes in my "contacts" app. I can't access any of the useful information that I have in ACT. I can't believe ACT mobile is being retired and replaced by this useless app. It's not worth keeping on my phone.
I continue to have problems with the latest version of this application. Beyond frustration trying to work through.....life long ACT user since Norton days. Tech support only knows to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then next day same issue of it not opening. Loosing my patience with this whole cloud storage thing.
Primitive and generally a waste of time. Additionally, it does not interact with my Google contacts, which does a much better job than the Act companion. It does not update to 2.7.4. I am disappointed and regret my purchase. Overall, very difficult and cumbersome to use.
Nice Mobile App for Connecting to my Act DB. This is a handy connector to my Act database when I'm not in front of my computer. Enables me to do quick lookups and functions well.
Very slow which renders it unusable. Support for the act! product is offshore. Untrained and unintelligible the support is not worth waiting your time! Very very bad. Im uninstalling.
Very primitive. Barely functional for some tasks. Won't even upgrade to latest version.
I do have over 3000 contacts so it might be my problem but I can't get into my contacts, it just has those balls floating up and down, not a useful app for me.
Love the mobility of app but has real problem with activities scheduled in Act. When open on Companion, have to go into activity and redo date to populate phone calendar. Has message that states "End time must be later than start time"
You can't even search by company. This is extremely limited. Force to use it. It's Terrible..... sync your contacts to Google contacts. And forget about this application.
I cant log in, i used correct email, biometric and password was correct No place to find help! I needed to sign in through internet. App is useless
It would not boot up! Have had app for several weeks. 3rd party CompanionLink was FAR better.
Doesn't search properly nor does it allow change of details. Useless.

Poor implementation inability to choose default view. And now in a constant update loop

I use the Cloud version of act and this is good for doing simple things on my phone

Bad name. I thought this was a therapy app for a therapy type Called a.c.t
It wants server info????? Why can I log in on the website just fine but not here????? Useless

I am disappointed with the app! If it was possible to change the default lookup to companies instead of contacts, it would greatly improve my opinion. I have been told that is coming. Also per tech support, there is no way to create a map showing a group of contacts. I find that EXTREMELY disappointing! Edit: Thanks for the changes made recently! I now give you 4*!

It's good to see Swiftpage now focussing on improving this app. I also hear some significant improvements are due in the next few months
This app and the whole program itself is worthless! Just because they brainwashed my bosses to get this, I have to use it. But it's a joke! Completely useless. What I need it for, and doesn't let you do, is check all the contacts in an account. I swear, if I could, I would make them switch from this garbage.

This app is underrated. First Act mobile app that I will actually use. Cloud user, app is better for my needs than any other mobile product from Act! Proximity places nearby contacts on a map and works with native navigation app! I cab can radius. Works with email and phone app. Records history. Only had for an hour. Please add "followup" to copy completed activity to new date. Please allow alphabetical sort of products in opportunities. Version 2.7.4 won't install.
