Very unhelpful if we have to interact with a customer service person. The connectivity is so poor and I have been trying to get in touch to ask for an extra router. One person called but could not give me a suitable option or solution for my problem. At last, I have no option but to disconnect this service and take up new service provider with better connectivity and service.

Pathetic connection, frequent disconnects. On an average I have raised 2 to 3 tickets for Internet issues. Every time they come back and say we have resolved. It's only a temporary fix. I am spending additional amount for data plan due to these. There has to a way to deduct the amount from the plan as and when there is a connection issue. Act should improve their systems and processes.

Absolutely pathetic service provided by ACT. I have to call the customer care atleast once in a month for internet issues. The most irritating part is the customer care doesn't work after 10:30 PM. So there is no way to escalate any issues to someone. Also, the router they gave me was a refurbished one which did not work properly. I had to fight with them for a new router. They gave me another one but still it is a refurbished router. Looks like they do not have new routers.

Really badly Thought out app. Very user unfriendly, non intuitive app. If one had to change plan then you can only add another plan and cannot cancel the earlier one. So you are left with two plans and the Act folks will chase you to pay up for both...emails/smses and more emails and messages

An error keeps popping on my screen when i use this app like "Act fibernet something went wrong please try again later " i have checked my internet connection it's fine and the app doesn't show how many devices are connected and keeps showing the same error and i want to downgrade my plan but i don't see any option for that.

Totally bad App as it does not offer help to speak to a customer service person. I have to shift my service connection and the App mentions my name and address wrongly. It is also mapped wrongly. Because of this, I am unable to key in shifting address. I have never seen such a useless and customer unfriendly app.

It's shame on you ACT! I can not even see how many devices are connected to my network. Every time I tried to check this I got the message saying "something has gone wrong, please try again later" because of this so many people are using my Wi-Fi without my knowledge. I can not even change my password as I always have to go to the routers website and again that is irritating me.

Please check the shift connection service in App. It's not working completely, after all steps are updated, an error message showing from last 2 days. When trying to talk to a representative, the option is not at all available from the list of options.

One of the poorly designed app. I have to struggle often to make a payment. The pop-up "Quick Pay" is appearing in fornt of the screen and let disappear other buttons. Let it internet banking, Credit / Debit card details. Because of "Quick Pay" pop-up, the submit button is not visible.

Very poor servicimg team. Even after one week also they are unable to provide service properly. I paid for one year but aftet one month i am not getting proper service. Waste of money and time. Veru bad service. Unable to solve the issue in one week of time. All my neighboirs are planning to choose another network, but i paid for one year. So better to choose amotber network provider as per my experience. App also we are unable to expressexpress our problem clearly.

Worst service ever I have seen. I have been using it since long time with so much of difficulty. Either the internet service or the agent service is very bad no proper response from the team if any query and connection always go off. I don't suggest it to anyone from anywhere.

Worst app. The customer support is ridiculous - the bot doesn't have answers and doesn't give us the option to connect to a real person. The features on the application are totally broken. I highly discourage anyone from getting an act broadband connection to avoid having ridiculous experiences

The app is unfriendly, doesn't show any options to navigate, stuck in Enquiries page. Haven't received a receipt of my installation, they're very keen to make you install the highest plan but shows zero interest in assistance. Their customer support needs training.

I am having worst experience with the connection every week for 2-3 days, it's been happening continuesly that internet is not working. Everytime I have to call customer care to check status for atleast 3 days continuesly and it is also useless they will simply say the work is going on but in fact no one call and come for atleast 3 days. Very very worst customer service experiencing from ACT. Now I am fed up if things goes like this, definitely I have to switch to other internet provider.

Overall the app is well designed and works well but could be optimised for faster ticket creation. 90% of app utilisation of for complaining about internet issues. The number of clicks and menus to go through to open a ticket is simply not optimised.

The worst customer service ever. I had a connection problem twice in a month and each of the times the team comes after 2 days. I had my finals the next day and couldn't study because the team is so freaking lazy and irresponsible to fix the connection. Thanks ACT. If anyone thinks of getting this connection, please don't. Because you're never going to get your internet fixed incase any problems occur. Try for other better WiFi services where they actually care about the customers.

Worst experience ever, i never encountered such bad connection. They promised 50mbps and i am getting only 3-4 mbps only. So much for fiber. I don't recommend this to anyone. Every single time they failed to deliver proper services. Their network is just not good enough. If anyone out there thinking for connection then don't choose them for you betterment...

The App is a huge non-starter. Once you enter the User ID and mobile number, the pop-up to -Tom's that a password has been texted/mailed to you: BUT, the keyboard does not disappear at all! You are practically arrested in your task...

Pathetic app always shows something went wrong please try again later. It's very much irritating not even having proper customer support. I would definitely not going to use this service after my subscription ends by july. Please don't subscribe to the services it is an awkward service.

This app provides the best service until you pay them and once you pay them they are the most incompetent bunch of people, I was told that I would get my connection by EOD and I was told that I would be given free router, but the technicians they send don't even know that they are supposed to bring a router and they don't even have a router available with them

Updating after 4 years of service, you pay for 400mbps of internet and you get 10mbps downloading speed max. There were no disconnection issues for around 3 years after the first year and now it's been fluctuating for around a month. This is not the service expected for the cost. The worse thing is i opted for the 3M plan and now i got to put up with this for another 2 months. And on top the servicemen ask you to not raise a complaint every time there's a disconnection.

100% un-user friendly features, this is more of a sales and advertising application than a user support or user centric application. There is a functionality to raise issues but I was never able to raise issues to the problem I face. I'm sorry for such low ratings, but I'm rating after over 6 months usage.

ACT connection is really good. The problem is with the App and connecting with the customer service. The customer service is in hurry to close the request instead of resolving the concern. It looks like a automated replies from a pathetic AI software which read few key words to send reply.

Apart from the speed of the 'Support' functionality, most others require multiple steps to get to address the problem. In fact some don't even have answers. But of course better than getting ACT to respond to emails or on phone. The best part is their on-ground team members who are overworked. My Account is 11000204 You can see that in spite of me having given my Account ID in the previous review, they have just sent a standard response asking for the same. Absolutely unprofessional

Not resolving internet issue and not getting a callback after raising ticket. There is not even an option to call. The most unfriendly app of the decade. Will not allow to change plans before or after renewal date. Will not allow to raise complaints regarding change of plans before or after renewal Date. The app is totally confusing regarding any service.
