Just stopped working after version update. Though I am running with the firmware version claimed supported, I tried upgrading firmware and after that it did not even recognize my cameras complaining model unsupported. This company just does not have the mindset for backward compatibility. Good job..
I cannot get it to open on my ten inch tablet I did get the mobile go app to open in Amazon fire tablet. Th problem may be the screen resolution although I have followed the rules there's some bug in it. Customer service throughACTi was useless they say they will help but they do not and when I email and text they don't have any previous correspondence available to their tech ppl. So each time you have to re explain an issue that they don't seem to understand....... Again and again.
Works on older tablet but immediately crashes upon opening on my new one. Tried all normal app troubleshooting but no luck. ACTI is falling behind on Android and PC support. Probably not sticking with them much longer.
Is not working anymore, after the last update. Reinstalling the application not resolve the problem. After 6 months no update and still not working. Garbage...

App was broken with a recent update on Pixel XL. A fix was released in two days.
Most recent update caused camera labels to disappear. Edit: resolved with 14-Feb-2020 update

This app worked until you updated now I have connection failure 201 so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now have connection failure 202. have tried time and time again still no luck. the app works on another phone and laptop but not on my lg phone

Had connection issues, fixed it myself. Don't bother opening a support ticket, they never follow up.
No longer connecting to any of our nvr servers since update. Just connection failed (0)

app errors out after each use on 7.1.1 if you don't fully close the app when you are done using it it crashes when you go to reopen it
Are you guys going to fix the app. Still not working since recent updates. Seems like you don't care due to lack of response here and on your web site.

The top right button for managing/editing/deleting sites has stopped working.
Latest version doesn't support Mi5 android 7. Please fix it.

Can't open live view, crashes immediately.
Helps me keep an eye at work when I can't be there. Love this. Only issue is battery usage.
It's not very intuitive. Simple enough to configure except it doesn't work. Works on my pc so the server-side is good, the app simply doesn't work.

Next update needs - allow user to choose which camera is in which order on main screen.
We have had constant issues with our Acti cameras and the app from the start that haven't been resolved in over 6 months. The newest issue is that when I had to get a new phone last month the app would not (and still won't) accept our verified credentials. Tens of thousands of dollars down the toilet - no exaggeration.
