Considering this is the app that runs with the actiiv and yes it's a cheaper (great) fit band you would think that the app would work on ALL android including Samsung Note 4. It works if you continually uninstall and reinstall app then works for almost a day then stops working..come on developers it's a recommended app just fix it. If you fix it you would get all the stars.
I like it altogether so far but I can't ever see my friend stuff she can see mine I know she does have connection problems but her phone is a problem phone so I think it's that
Wont sync so its useless, used to count steps but was very inaccurate. Sent you emails to you but no reply. Tried re-installing app, resetting etc still nothing. Using a Samsung S4
Latest firmware fixed after long wait many severe issues but app still causes android 5 to complain about phone battery excessive use in my s5. Gadget and app still not mature. finally,text and app notifications in unicode not supported so useless for non english users.
Followed all steps and suggestions in the small instruction sheet included as well as in the app trying to connect the Activity Tracker to the app. Nothing worked. My phone (S5) connects to other Bluetooth things just fine. I generated a trouble ticket, but since there is no computer accessible backup to obtain data, I think it will be returned sooner rather than later. My phone sees the tracker, but can't connect to it...So it appears to be an issue with the tracker, not my phone.
So its worked fine for ages but pas 2 weeks I keep getting notifications to uninstall claiming errors and it slows down android. Have Uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect. Not sure why it is doing this.
I am able to log into the app but it just doesn't sync up with the band at all, I've even logged off my Samsung S4 and into a Samsung S5 and it still doesn't sync. I'm highly disappointed with it. And yes I have tried everything that was suggested on the website.
It works but u click on to view data and tells u no internet, again. They told me they would look into it and still not working. Time to get a new product and bin this rubbish
I really like it, but every now and then, if the fitband is completely drained of power, it not only loses it's connection with my phone, I can't re-establish the connection without connecting as a new user with a different email address.
I changed an iPhone 4s for a Samsung S6 edge and now it doesn't work.
The fitband has worked quiet well , but occasionally it reminds you that battery power is low , plug it into the usb port thinking that it will recharge . Only to find the following morning that it hasn't recharged and is completely discharged . And should be able to be used as a standalone device without having to synch to your phone.
App doesn't work. tried 3 different devices. no way of activating or doing anything
Doesn't save workout taken from previous day , doesn't show notifications messages etc Battery life is only around 40 hours unlike the box which says 5 days
Getting tedious coming across this message all the time. Also phone steps vs tracker steps differ by up to 100+ per day. I can't nderstand the discrepancies
Cannot get it to sync with my android phone. Uninstalled& reinstalled. Steps keep disappearing & takes me back to 0.
False advertising it's not a smart watch like the packaging and booklet claims it's just an activity tracker that does NOT work indoors unlike Google fit.
If I could I would give this app no stars, it crashes often on my android device, if will not sync beyond 40%. The wristband works well, but the app needs to be fixed
It won't measure my sleep properly it says I have 17min sleep when it's around 8hr sleep I put it in sleep mode which I thought its what your support to do but I could be wring could someone help me plz haven't used it for a while TIA
Can't pair it anymore a bought two of them so I just waste my money.
The app consistantly crashes and unsyncs. Have repeatedly emailed developers with no reply. Don't buy.
worked fine (once i brought a new phone) till christmas then despite uninstalling and everything else the web site suggest it didnt start connecting again till end of jan but still dosnt alway send me notifications
Pros: can set goals, good layout for the app, you can rearrange the order of the squares. The pedometer is mostly accurate for steps. It's easy to set up. Can set alarms. Cons: can't manually enter or alter sleep times. Can't enter in workout sessions on app or fitband - it's not purposed for this. Can't change distance units to kms. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. This version no longer records sleep at all for me.
Lately the app takes a very long time to sync with band have to keep closing app and trying again. The sleep tracker needs a lot of work also should take away aqake moments and says im in light aleep when i know im up feeding the baby... it cant tell whats awake and light sleep!
