When I try to create new account it says "Creating a new account failed."

In my remote pc says conection failed. I followed all the steps i dont know what else to do. They dont provide any tutorial video on how to install and conect it to your phone. Pls help to solve this. I will even buy after the first month trial. Or do i have to do it first in order to work...
Really liked this program and interface, but it only works on local network.... It will not connect remotely, just see a "connecting" message then it disappears and nothing happens. Too bad, wondering if there is a specific port that needs forwarding but there is no information about that on the website or forums.
Would give it 5 stars but when I try to connect to my pc with only my 4g on it does't connect. The connecting screen appears for 5 seconds and then dissappears as If nothing happened. It works perfectly on wi-fi though.
Best streamer i can find for best quality and performance. Only reason not giving 5 stars is app doesnt support blutooth game controllers. That would make amazing streaming to mobile experience.
I can only stream at 480p smoothly and there are tons of shortcomings that I'm too lazy to mention.
After tapping on my computer in device list, it starts to connect, but after few seconds the connect popup dissapears and nothing happens. No error, nothing. Doesnt work at all.
Wow just wow. Works perfectly for me. No lag at all. Sonys ps4 remote play can't even do this correctly as theirs lags and drops out all the time. Awesome action one again
I downloaded the app on my phone and computer and it's not detecting my computer. If I can get this working I will update the rating.
Good job I took advantage of the 30 day trial, after following the set up procedure and setting up an account, simply would not connect. Disappointing, and mirillis want £29.00 for this product.
What happens is that it disconnects to my pc so I can't do anything why please fix that problem unless it's my computer
I have both my mobile and pc logged on and they both say no computers available, the tutorial link sends me to a worthless page with info on what seems to be an older version that actually had a settings tab and not just logout and refresh. Back to splash screen I guess
Works great. Issues were related to crappy Nvidia drivers, is fixed with latest drivers. Sorry to have doubted you Mirillis. ( 980Ti, Win10 ) Please add Nvidia Shield TV ( Android TV ) compatibility.
Wouldn't waste your time if i were you.
After few seconds it's freezing on three devices - Note 4, Note 5 and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1! Specs of PC are super high and it's crashing all the time. Piece of junk!
