This app cant sync the data.. Last year I completed 150-200 active days, but due to this syncing problem these days were not counted and I still facing the same issue. I cannot bemefited with active days rewards even completed it.
The website performance and mobile app performance both are extremely bad. All the non essential features work. The essential ones related to my policy just do not.
Unable to book health assessment appointment. Opposite of user-friendly. Update:: This is shittiest app ever that I used. Developer are so dumb that they can't sync the data from another app properly and on top of that device disconnects on literally daily basis. I'm have to use this app because I have purchased the policy from ABC health. They don't have a word in their dictionary called "support" or "service". Is there any negative rating available? Coz 0 is still more for this app.
Worst app. Booking health accessment is not working. Softcopy of the documents is not made available. Even if we reach out to you over call, no one will provide us with the solution. They will insist on sending the screen shots to your email. Even when we send mail, there's no action other than automated replies. If you don't provide good infrastructure like apps, you will be defamed in the industry.
So I download the app, registered in. That's it, that is all you can do for now, cannot connect Google fit, cannot update profile, even the customer support is only automated response, no way to solve problems by yourself. Even Google is not helping in this situation, since everyone literally everyone is facing the same thing. Also, the response on this comment is automated.
Pathetic and wrist app to use. Active days, Google fit, MI band nothing connected, even the profile update and status updat can't be done. Always "their is a technical error please try again". Policy documents. Ecard, 80d form just an option to showcase never going to work. The best part is claim submission and status, just click and forget because it never ever going to open to show anything. Best app for making you fool in the name of making active health. Doesn't deserve a single star.
Pathetic app and customer support is the worst. I've created simple address change request but ut hasn't been done since the past 2 months. I have taken the yearly heath assessment but the app still doesn't show the heart score. There are infinite number of problems in the app
Always throws an error, app looks to show a lot of options and details but all useless. Chat support is limited to AI responses and doesn't help. Poor customer support
Worst app I have ever seen in my life. So disappointing. I wish I hadn't taken your life insurance. My main motivation was getting active days and to claim discounts but as I said it's disgusting app which never syncs my steps and at the end of the day I fell like I have made wrong choice by choosing your insurance. Thanks for the disappointment I will never take from you in future. I will also suggest my relatives and friends to do the same.
Very poor performance... The data do not sync. My health band show 15 days of active performance and the app show just 3. Even the google fit show same as my band.... If the app is not working just pull it down from app store
Worst application I have ever seen. I have taken health insurance from last 2 yrs. Till date I have unable to login neither application nor through website. The IT team is ....... have no words as well as management. After more than 20 mail, 50+ calls there is no effective response from Aditya Birla team. I am unable to assume if login issue not resolved by you how I get claim for medical expenses. I also have called so many times, generated tickets too many times, but hopeless....
It almost one month has passed after activation of health policy. I have gone through the app found lots of bugs and problems. UI could be better and testing of lables still pending. Giving 2 star only purchasing of policy. Tech team can re-think what they have developed. Lots of technical errors. Sometime i thought who developed this app. Worst experience. Unable to book health assessment. There is sync issues for steps as well.
I am literally crying the day I bought your policy. From last 1 year we are getting the message, app being getting updated but it stays the same as ever pathetic. You are not able to correct your app. God knows how will you provide the insurance service, God forbid, whenever I may need it . Even after renewing my insurance long ago, app still showing "renew insurance" Policy Expired WTH is this ???? 🤬 How much time you need more to correct it. Pls Correct it or cancel it & refund my money.
Using this app from 2 years now. Cluttered App, documents not updated for health insurance. Syncing takes a lot of time, many times it just refuse to sync due to technical issue. Not expected from a brand like Aditya Birla. Details filled for health insurance policy are wrong. After 10 days of cashless claim, still no information updated. Planning to stop this health insurance policy. From 4 months, health checkup got scheduled 5 times through MediBuddy but no checkup done. Not recommended.
Non functioning is the main issue. It is not counting Steps, nor its syncing from other prrscribed app. Not even able to connect or synch applicable apps. It always show SOMETHING NOT RIGHT.
This app works extremely slow, everything keeps loading plus couldn't sync steps with Google fit. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Poor app quality.
Worst service. They do not reply to our problems. On emailing, just sends an automated mail which says they will reach out to us in 48 hours. It's been more than 20 days still no response. If I ask for an update, again gets an automated mail which again says the same thing. Worst experience.
The app completely sucks..... Aditya Birla claims to give health returns on basis of daily activity but I am not even able to add my fitness tracker device.... The app crashes too often. I already have the health assessment long time back but still i am not able to see any health returns. It never loads.
Pathetic and worst app I ever used, such a terrible experience. Unable to link Google fit app, doesn’t sync the active days, unable to update profile, as it keeps showing an error “Oops something went wrong! Check back later”. Google fit is behaving wierd - steps count is not proper as I am comparing it with Nike n Boat app steps . I start 3 app at same time . & This app is giving Google Fit to sync with wherein I am using Boat Smartwatch. There should b more options to sync with.
Useless app with lot of bugs... Very worst and slow customer service, even though I'm paying 12K premium every year.. I took health assessment on Jan 2022, more than 4 months still I didn't get the health assessment reports, and the app still shows I didn't taken the assessment.. I have complained lot of times , but no use.. Their annual health check up means only the blood sugar and blood pressure, no other tests have been included... For this we are paying a high premium ... useless
After getting one Active days it does not sync automatically several times we have to write mail and get it rectified. Tell me one valid reason why I should continue with ABH. Always shows an error message. Always getting the following msg. " facing technical issue. "
Very pathetic. I am renewing my health policy from last three years. But not able to book appointments for health checkup. App is not working. No body is there to talk about the matter. They provide a whatsapp no but when I phoned it appears switch off. Never go with Aditya Birla health policy. I looks like fraud
Need improvement. Not so user-friendly. Please update your app it's really very bad to handle or operate. Every time it shows documents not available or report not available. Fed-up from this.
Lots of bug... Do not sync with fitness tracker and always hang too slow. Not sure who wrote the application and how it passed testing
Aditya Birla being very reputed company, don't know why provides such a pathetic technical(app) service. I have their health insurance from three years, but still face lot of technical issues while viewing my policy details in the app as well as website. Fortunately I haven't used any hospitalisation expenses till now I am worried what service I get in need. It's been long, but you have never improved. Sir instead of posting common reply try to improve the app, see howmany hav comentd negativly
It is to bad app..... ABH insurance is fraud.... Dont buy it.... Many persons review negetive about this app but they cant try to resolve a single problem from last 2 to 3 years. They promise to waiver of premium but using this app you cant complete your active days any how because this app dint sync your steps many time always shown try after sometime They replied that send your contact number but where
Been 2 consecutive months that the app gives errors while updating data for certain days. Records zero activity even after accomplishing the "10k steps" goal.
Syncing of data with Google fit isn't proper. Not a worth at all....faces issues regarding data syncing every time.
It has been improved a lot compared to when I started 1 year back. But it's still very slow and takes time in syncing data from connected device. It gives complete health data of person. Major drawback is it can be used by only primary policy holder incase floater policy other holders can not use this app
