Utterly useless. I've signed up to events that aren't shown on the app. I asked for assistance from Active who just said use a PC. Yeah thanks pal, I'll just take my PC to my Tough Mudder event. Is that not the point of having an app so you don't have to use a PC and print off extra paperwork etc. Very poor

it doesn't know you signed up for an event unless you use the app, even if it is a run sponsored by them. I marked a run as a favorite that I have already signed up for and it keeps asking me if I want to register for the event. Uninstalling now!

Helpful when looking for events. Used the app to find my first event, last year. This winter and holiday season was better for my taste buds than my waist line. It will be nice to have something to motivate training again.

I had this app for the Army 10 Miler last year, and this company truly botched that, cancelled the in person run and kept the money. Shady. This app is nearly devoid of functionality, and what it does offer is buggy. Beware of the sneaky way they charge you for a premium membership if you sign up for a 'free' event!

Their database is so full of junk activities the app and website are nearly useless. Want to filter by sport? Well have fun wading through 376 postings of your local bridge, photography, and yoga clubs mixed with your running search. Want to filter by dates? You can try, but you'll still get a random list of events outside of your date range and not in chronological order. Really Active?

I used this and the website about 4 or 5 years ago to sign up for a bunch of 5k and the app worked great so now fast-forward to now I have a different phone it's utterly useless a shame at that now off to find another app to use since I dont always have access to a PC

App can't bring up the races I've paid to run, so I can't even run them. Always get a "Failed to retrieve events" error. Garbage app and garbage company, charging people for a service that doesn't even work.

App is not finding my races. It immediately shows "cannot find" and as soon as i tap "try again" , it again immediately shows same message. All the while buffering in background.

This app is factually TRASH. I am logged on to my account on the computer which shows my race registration. At the same time I'm on the same account on the app and it shows I'm not registered for an event. Literally how? It's the same account and same system, how is there such a disconnect between the two. It's not a new registration either, it's from June!

I have an account yet I counldn't log in at all. Everytime I would get error or password invaild. Even when updating password I was still unable to log in. I even tried it with my Facebook account an still no luck. The Only reason I needed to log in was to register for a race.

Just downloaded to my new phone. The app will not allow me to correctly update my home address now will it allow me to adjust my settings of where i want to search for evemts i dont remember it being this bad in the past but it has been a vouple of years so maybe nobody is supporting the app anymore.

Not good. App not updating or updating sporadically for some events and not others or only for certain portions of events. Had to go online to (thankfully) find almost same time hy-tech results. Not sure why I am paying for this.

Not very good. I've got 2 events registered this year. Both show on the website, only 1 in the app. App is pretty pointless.

App barely functional. Deal servers offline, race results take you to error screens. Overall feels rather lacking for a company that's been around for years

Pretty useless tbh. Open on a page to search for new events, and when I do open my account it's just a list of txt file receipts. Would be far more useful if opened directly onto nearest event or a My Events page with the QR codes needed at registration

Not very happy with this app at all. I've tried to cancel subscription. Not as easy as it should be. Can't even contact costumer service.

The app has a nice facade but when you dig into it the app isnt user friendly and doesnt provide much value added. to be fair, the website isnt much more helpful.

App won't show me any of my races, past and future. It will however show me all the stuff I can buy. All the advertising works... of course. Whats the point of this app if it does nothing for you?

Love this app for current outdoor events in my area. Would like to see outdoor & indoor climbing events added as a category if possible. Seems like it has every other activity covered.

This is a scam. Charged me for $89.95 subscription after I used to pay for a single event. Did not even save credit card on file. Do not use!

I can never view my race results; I've attempted multiple times over the last few months to see race results and get an error on all 5 of them.

Installed when registering for Tough Mudder but app wouldn't sign in so registered on Active website. Now have new phone and app now signs in successfully but it doesn't recognise the past event I registered.

This app is not worth the money. Nothing is ever available and u could access more information for events on apps like Facebook or Instagram. Boo 👎

Excellent app for anyone looking for ways to participate in different activities. I use it for the 5K's... live how easy it is to use!

This app is fantastic! Finds all the activities in my area that I love! Def recommend for any athletes, novices, or even parents just wanting to get moving with their families.
