Annoying how it doesn't refresh often enough to match fitbit data. Or with ITSELF. The Smart Walking screen will show it synced with fitbit with over 10,000 steps and that my daily goal was met. But you go to My Activities month view and it doesn't show that you hit your goal... It has a previous, less steps count from whenever it last synced. So how can one part of the app acknowledge it synced and the goal is met, but other part of the app doesn't? I want to make sure my day gets counted!

It's improved greatly. It does not seem to drain cell battery as in the past. It syncs better and faster for sure. Also, I like that you follow through on each comment. Thank you for all your help and hard work. Keep up your good work. I would like to suggest that you please place on status bar info how many steps are still needed and a notification when you reach 10,000 steps. That would really make this app a 5star for sure.😃👍

When I started using this app, I didn't have any trouble. Now the app keeps freezing and crashing. It is not counting my steps correctly. I have another app too, to make sure that my steps are counted. Sometimes that app freezes up too. It is hard to get an accurate step count with these apps. I don't know if I should just use one app at a time. Could that be causing the Active Fit app to keep stopping?

App is buggy. Gym detection works fine, but every day I have to turn on automatic detection in settings; there's no reason for this to turn off automatically. In addition, the app does not sync well with Google Fitness. It takes days to record my steps and often doesn't fully account for all steps. Twice this month I have been shortchanged and fallen artificially short of my 10k goal (one day it said I walked less than 600 steps on a work day, which is impossible). Frustrating.

Horrible experience using this app. My steps disappear overnight, although they stay recorded in google fit (which works flawlessly). It is impossible for me to sync steps from fit to ActiveFit even manually. I contacted customer service represenative and she advised me to uninstall and reinstall app to fix those problems. Since yesterday I can not even log in, as it "can't connect to server, try latter" message appears. Very disappointing and frustrating ActiveFit.

The app is unreliable on Samsung. I have to rely on steps because of the quarantine. For the last few days the steps appear for the day and the next day are gone. It says "No activity" for this day. The support is useless. The old uninstall, install again, is it connected,etc. And now is worse, it does not register any activity. It is connected to Google fit. Settings are good. It just stopped working one day. I saw in a review that it stopped on January 26th. That is the last day it worked.

Usually works just fine, aside from occasionally having to close and restart it because none of the frames will load. Disabled Automatic Visit Detection in the Settings when I looked at my Battery in Android Settings; ActiveFit had accounted for 16% of my usage since my last full charge (unplugged when I woke up). I don't think i had even opened the app before seeing the battery usage. EDIT: Reducing by another star because Automatic Visit Detection keeps enabling itself when the phone reboots.

One of the worst apps I have installed: Disrupts BT audio connections, for its task pushes enormeous amounts of data (20MB cell data plus 16MB WiFi in 2 weeks), constantly requests GPS position draining the battery (and complains disruptively if you turn off GPS), non-intuitive UI, keeps phone from sleeping for hours (I observed 7+ hours overnight). I'm manually killing the app after a visit to keep it in check. Unfortunately, my health insurance contracted with them and requires it.

Really wish the technicians behind this would fix the constant glitches and lack of function in the app. I have been unable to edit, let alone access my recent data and update to reflect my step goal achievements and gym check-ins. Have been unable to utilize the app for well over two days now. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same issue. Rebooted phone, still the same issue. Unacceptable.

Right after updating today. It keeps showing a message page. And won't let me go to the home page. It says hit the "Done" button to see your activities. But actually there is no "Done" button anywhere. Hope the developer did enought tests before releasing the new version.

App has not worked for me for several weeks and was previously working flawlessly. It doesn't automatically detect visit and I get an error when trying to manually log visits. I also receive an error trying to access my profile. Unclear how I will receive monthly rewards if nothing is being tracked FRUSTRATING! Update after uninstalling and reinstalling it seems to work Will revise rating if it works consistently for a bit

Buggy. The two screens within the app do not talk to each other when we use FitBit to feed activity data to the app. SmartWalking screen is syncing with FitBit in real time but the My Activity sareen doesn't sync with the SmartWalking screen of the same app. I reported this bug a few days ago but it has gotten worse since then.

Terrible app, never syncs the steps properly. And when it actually does, the steps disappear later on and can't resync. Then it has the damn nerve to say that my GoogleFit reports 'x' amount of steps. And of course when I check my GoogleFit app, the GoogleFit has the correct amount.

The app was working fine for the first 4 months or so, but lately(August) my steps that have been accepted the day before decline up to 6,000 steps and then the day is not accepted. I lost 7 days in August so the only incentive that this app gives me is to hulk smash my phone. I know others having this issue as well as many stating the same problem in their review. I have contacted support and have sent over screenshots. I hope it is understood that something has changed affecting many.

I've had the app for months, and like that I can complete both Self-Reports & StepCounting with the same app for a health insurance discount...however, a change was made recently so that I cannot see how many steps I have! It doesn't tell me if I have 2000, 5000, or 9950 steps toward my 10000 goal...There have been nights where I needed 5 more minutes of walking, but didn't reach my goal because I couldn't check my progress on the app - please fix this soon!!
