Every time I have to install and update for the app and attempt to log in it does not recognize my password. Which means I have to create a new password each and every time. I agree with the previous review that this is probably done so as to not give out the rewards. Previously when I had to install the update I had rewards that I was attempting to use but they were not available after having to do it!

I'm guessing the incentives are employer dependent so that's subjective. Objectively speaking, not supporting the Samsung Health app for activity tracking is a major L.

The app is clunky and not easy to use. It's also glitchy and buggy. But it works ok. My biggest annoyance with it is the content of the coaching. My company has been using the program for 3 years. You get a discount on your health insurance for reaching a certain level on the coaching. Thre problem is, to reach that level you have to repeat things you've already done - there just isn't enough to get there without repetition. Now that this is the third year doing it I'm quite bored.

The app is basic with no real functionality. The goals aren't realistic, and the website doesn't save your profile. Doesn't sync with Samsung health. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. I really hope my employer does away with this joke of a health and wellness program and goes back to go365.

Trying to connect my Fitbit App. In the My Active App it shows connected but none of my progress transfers over. I have to manually add all my information. What's the point of connecting apps of they don't work? Update. After reaching out to the developer everything is working fine now. Quick, positive interactions.

I'm looking through reviews and see people with the same issues as mine and the support misinterpreting the problems. In June I had trouble even getting the app to open (would continue to force close itself, and I'm back at my app drawer). Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed this while introducing another error... After every single coaching activity, when you claim "20 hearts", the app restarts and you're back to the log in screen. I saw your response, but this isn't security - it's insanity.

The app should be easy to use, and is my third year using it through my employer's program. But it locked me out recently and I received no response to how to log back in. I waited it out and eventually got access to my account again, but the site has had recent errors preventing me from having progress towards my goals. I see the potential for this app to be user-friendly, but it has been letting me down lately and is a little frustrating to go through.

I keep getting an error every time I try to reschedule my appointment and trying to send a message to my coach isn't the easiest function to use either.

Not very useful. Does not motivate me in terms of daily steps, participing in team/group challenges, or motivating family. It does not use your wearable device info directly and has no dashboards that link your activities. I think it allows your coach access. It does not support Google/Samsung Health apps. You have to use other apps. I now rely completely on my Fitbit app for all motivation and coaching, but would prefer Samsung Health for a Galaxy watch. Hope things change with this app.

UPDATE...Once again the app has been updated and now all I get are errors. Getting close to the cutoff for a decrease in my insurance premium and I can't access anything. I don't know why with each update things get worse. Ever since the latest update the app closes after every activity. Very frustrating to say the least.

Good luck getting this app to work. It constantly crashes, many features won't work, and it won't always award "hearts" when earned. This useless app is the reason why I am now going to have to pay an extra >$300 a year in health insurance premiums. If I could give zero stars, I would. 👎🙅🚮 Update: Active Health responds to negative reviews with cut+paste vomit. No effort to resolve issue, or make customer happy. Everything is designed/tailored for iPhone, Android is an unwanted afterthought

Been using this app for a few years for work fitness. I have noticed the passed couple of months I have to uninstall and reinstall this app a lot now it just says error and will not open up to do my daily activities. So I have uninstalled again and hoping it will open now. Just reinstated the app and still says "something went wrong" (ERROR) If I didn't have to use this app for work I would not use it!!!!!Very Frustrating!!!!!!!!! I still can not open the app says same thing.

This app is completely worthless! It stops all the time. I've had to reinstall three times just to be able to log in. Now it won't work at all. So frustrating that I have to deal with this garbage.

I have tried using this app for 4 days. Although 2 trackers are listed as "connected", no information syncs for either. I am supposed to be using this to earn $ from my employer for my HSA. The included links that are supposed to allow me to start "earning" activities don't work either. This morning I attempted, again, to participate in activities and connect trackers. After a bit of frustration and no success I looked at the clock and saw that an hour had passed. This is a time waster!

App won't sync Garmin Vivosport, and I have to log out or restart phone to get to next days set of trophy points. Edit: the trophy points (heart points) are the daily level points. After my review, the app seems to be updating a little better.

There app keeps crashing and I can't even get to the login screen. It worked fine about two weeks ago. I'm assuming there was an update that broke something. Hopefully they get it fixed.

This app is used by my insurance to get discounts as you complete health related tasks and goals. But how can I do that when the app won't record my steps or exercise activities throughout the week. Won't work with my Samsung Watch, myfitness pal, nor my samsung health app! Seems like a setup for failure!

Horrible app and service. It doesn't sync properly with any of my connected services. Doesn't support Android/Samsung Health/Google Fit. Coaching resets everyday. App is laggy and slow.

No longer have access to the in app coaching. I still have hearts to earn and cannot do that if I don't have access to the coaching. I understand where the coaching is located, going there just gives me a blank screen. That is the issue.

Often cannot log in. Great recipes, but you cannot save or screenshot them for future use. Screens designed to explain or provide "pep talk" are insipid, generic, & time consuming.
