I also had trouble connecting the scale to my app. You have to turn on location at all times. After a long time I was able to connect. It's pretty neat but I think it's not accurate in fat % and all those extras. Weight scale is ok. Good for tracking differences over time

A very good app, easy to install and use with the savvy weighing machine. Surprised how the ratings are so low. All you need to do installing and setting up this app with the hardware is to see that your smart phones GPS is on too along with enabling the Bluetooth. Was able to sync with google fit.

Edit: Somehow, BMR issue is resolved . Overall, the app is good.. Quick to connect and almost immediately displays the body indices. One problem I see is the standards displayed for measurements. One example is BMR.. BMR, which is the energey you need for body functioning without doing anything(resting), is shown for me as ~2900 Kcal, which is very high. For my age, gender and height, it should come to about 1800 Kcal. One suggestion is to give facility of adding some notes while measuring

The app does not provide option to choose which app profile to sync with which Google fit profile, because of which all profiles are messed up. There is no integration with Samsung Health, so every time a lot of manual effort is required to sync weight and fat data with health apps to see consistent picture.

Overall it works. UI is simple. For this price point, I have seen much worse. My biggest complain is its really messed up Google fit integration. It just says failed to connect and gives no troubleshooting of any kind. All my other fitness devices can do it so well. Devs please up your game.

Unable to sync with Google Fit . It always shows"failed to connect to google fit" On very first day I was not expecting this from a product like this .you don't have support page on your app. Help Feature is not take photos from gallery. Synchronisation with Google fit not working .

Not able to pair at all. The device showing separately while scanning for device but it's not showing in the App damn very bad. I bought this weight machine for live tracking purpose only but it's not even showing in this app.

The scale is good, but after working for 9 months the machine's Bluetooth stopped connecting with the app. Got a new machine , as replacement, but still the se issue. Hope this is not an app issue.

Its fake!!! Garbage app and garbage weighing scale. It does not measure your skeletal muscle mass or any of the particulars mentioned. All it does is use your height/weight and gauge the skeletal muscle mass and all. I came to know of this when I just lifted dumbells to show extra weight (it should show my parameters as the same, if it was real) but all it did was show a spike in my body fat and some other metrics (even though it was the dumbells, not my actuals)

One trick for all the people having connection problems keep the location services turned on when measuring otherwise it doesn't track apparently it might be a bug or something the devs should highlight this as a lot of people are gonna face this problem!!

Can we have an option to add noise smart watch in the application.

Worst companion app you have to try 50 times before it will even pickup one time that the measurement is happening. Since the scale always shows the reading that means the scale is working only the app is very poor.

App collects your personal data to sell and machine is very inaccurate. Shows numbers that are far far off from reality. You dont even need to compare with any other machine, any knowledgeable person can identify even visually!

Norton says unusual behavior and sending my personal data to some place unknown. Intrusive Ads. This App has serious privacy issue. I am deleting the App. I will use the device as only digital scale.

Problem while connecting to the device; tried many times. Only connect when Location service enables, otherwise not. Why? Why this app needs permission to use mobile location? So thinking about return the device.

The app is okay but Symantec keeps flagging this app for unusual behaviour, I installed it on an older version of Android and it behaved exactly as Symantec warned, i wrote to the developers but no one responds, doesn't even feel that the company is bothered, it would do its job but i have deeper security and privacy concerns with this app, specially after i have tried to contact developers and not recieving any response.

This app asks for too many unnecessary permissions that it doesn't need. Especially access to location. All it really needs is Bluetooth. But I guess nothing comes for free. I'm sure my info has been sold to someone by now.

Unable to pair the scale with my phone. Tried two phones (One+ 7 pro and Redmi 8 pro). Enabled location to be acces at all times on both the phones, still won't connect. Wastage of money.

This is a pretty good app. The only glitch is if you don't turn on location along with Bluetooth then the device is not detected.

The app is just basic. No extra features. Even export data to CSV/EXCEL is not available. The app could have provide the provision to store other health parameters like blood pressure, suger manually

Worked fine up untill few months ago. The scale won't connect to my phone and I can't track my progress properly. It says error 1220, please resolve this issue, I used to love using this.

This is a fake weighing scale. Been comparing it with a friend with similar height and weight but one of us is highly muscular and lean. Even then, it shows the values similar. This means they are using approximation based on your heigh and just weight and calculating using predefined formula. Beware. Very pathetic app

Last update messed up everything. It was working fine before than but now, I have to record my data 6-7 time to get it registered into the app.....please fix it or just roll back the update.

This machine is very good but at this prrice a little hivher when we several other good option there. I dont like lies so 2 star cut for saying it clonnect with google fit. It doesn't connect as other user facing same problem.. and you are not solving this problem. Any company which is truly doing bznss should come and appologs here and assure to solve d problem....

After your recent update, the data's storing so many times without making any measurements. For example The yesterday measurements is stored in 10 times, but I taken the measurement only one time

Horrible app configuration! Having difficulty in connecting with the device & not to mention the bugs present! Definitely not recommended!

Connection issues. Phone's bluetooth is on still the app asks to turn on the bluetooth. Love the device hope only the connection issue be resolved.

Not able to connect to the scale. Worst app no matter how many times i do it the device is not paring to the scale.
