Bought the entire collection a while back, upgraded phone and now the marketplace is no longer accessible. I'll never buy another digital Activision product again.

In app purchases doesn't work, so none of the games are playable other than Kaboom. Would love to give you money, but I guess I'll have to find another way to play these games. The touch controls for Kaboom are well implemented though, so I'm even more disappointed not to be able to play my other favourites such as Hockey, Hero and Pitfall.

I'm giving it 1 star because 1) every time I try to look at the manual, the game crashes. 2) because there is ONLY one game to play and when I tried to check how much the other games were, nothing happened. So for those two unfortunate reasons, I'm uninstalling. Was REALLY looking forward to playing Pitfall and Pitfall 2 again too!

One game is free. The rest taunt you with purchasing that cannot happen. Why advertise what is not for sale. I have their Atari collection. I would like to buy the Activision set as well. If this is fixed, I'm sure I can rate it higher. Update - 5 months later, still no change. I suppose they have abandoned the app.

I would give 5 stars if I could play the games I want. I tried to buy the games and it won't allow it. So disappointed. I haven't played pitfall or river raid in so long....Guess I have to keep waiting with my money in hand ready to relinquish it to the app that provides the opportunity... Seriously have money want to play! Fix this please

If you grew up with these games, it's nice to get to play them again on this platform. Nice innovations with the control options, but my favored approach is using the Wiimote Controller app and playing with my wii remote. Much more precision than touch screen for me. Only real negative is that the sound effects inexplicably drop out sometimes on games like h.e.r.o. and keystone kapers.

The only free game is kaboom, and the controls for it are terrible, and all of the box art for every game is wrong. Activision isn't truly Activision, it's just the same name that someone legally owns after many companies before them. I can name my dog Barack Obama but that doesn't make him the president of the United States.

These bad reviews are horrible. I don't mind paying, but here's the thing I really was hoping that I need a score to unlock the other games. Much to my dismay that came at a fee. I wish it was pay 2 for Kaboom in description pay 7 for all with the option to either unlock or allow yourself a challenge. Again the pay is cheap and you all did an excellent job on this application. It could be Simpsons tap out. ...

It's impossible to buy the locked games on my Note 4, leaving Kaboom the only playable title here. I was a big fan of so many of these games when I was a kid, but didn't like Kaboom when it was new. The years have done nothing to endear it to me. I'm disappointed that I cannot buy the other games-the developers seem to have abandoned this app.

Working well. $2.99 for 11 games or $6.99 for all 45. Very fair pricing. All the games are exactly like on Atri 2600. Controls are fine, considering the original Atari controllers had their own issues, it's exactly like old times. Been (correction) 30 years simce I played some of these, yet I was able to pick up playing my favorites like it was yesterday.

I wasn't put off by paying for all these classic games, which I did, they bring me immense joy.... except, half of the games will dim and lock my screen. I adjusted my screen time out, yet still while playing (barnstorming, this time) using the tilt at 15 second intervals I have to continually make contact with the touch screen to keep it from locking during my game, it's quite frustrating, and hard to enjoy playing the games with the time out. It would be really nice if this glitch could get some attention

If you want a better rating, fix your purchasing bug! Can't buy any of the games. It takes you back to the previous screen when attempting to buy a game. I'm gonna have to hook up my Atari 2600 and play the old games for the time being but it would be nice to be able to play it portable.

Activision made the best games of the Atari 2600 era, and many of them are still a blast today. It's a shame that the app will not actually let you buy any of them. Considering I can easily download an Atari 2600 emulator without hassle, I figured the developers would be more worried about keeping this thing working.

Purchased this when it was first released. Restored my tablet and now I am unable to use it. Upon launch it attempts to connect to a server for what I assume is authorization and then crashes advising there was no connection available. Based on all the other comments here, and their respective timelines, one can only assume it has been abandoned. Shame really as retro gaming seems to be the latest fad. So, who do we see about a refund?

Love it, I remember paying $35.00 a cartridge, this is a bargain. People who complain that this is not free need to understand companies exist because they need to make money to exist. Ignore those 1 stars because they expect it to be free. For all those complainers, you spend the many hours designing an app then let see if you want to give it away for free when this is how you make a living, grow up people.

In a game that requires precision, one cannot have controls that lag. Deserves one star but I gave it an extra one because of the childhood memories from 30 years ago it evoked within me. I will keep it just in case the problem is fixed.

5 stars for UI style and everything new that has been created for this game. A little disapointed in the free content, some kind of watch an add to unlock a game for an hour might be a good way to maintain revenue and increase player numbers. Also, as noted, these games are HARD!

Looks like it could be great, however I am seeing frequent crashes (unfortunately, Anthology has stopped). I am unable to purchase game packs; I get kicked back to the main game selection screen with no ability to purchase. Nexus 6p.
