Unable to pass login screen, had to borrow another device in order to take part in an event. Support proved unhelpful and dropped my case before resolving the issue. When I finally managed to log in, the whole experience was disappointing. Event registration was smooth, but actual participation was a mess. To top it all off, finding results of the race was a pain.
The application is extremely slow to respond. I couldn't add a photo, and after 5 or 6 tries it appeared that photo was added 3 times. I just finished a challenge and I can't see my team's results, or any other information about the challenge.
Lack of internet Access during saving of training - training will not be stored. It will be lost. 2 hours wasted. Terrible application. I had switched after to this app after Endomondo retired, but this app is awful. It can be used very rarely for some virtual racing, but otherwise, I advise you to search for something else.
Unfortunately has a lot of bugs (gps signal lost on every other activity for example). Requires data connectivity to start so if you're planning a run somewhere remote, start the activity before, while you still have internet.
Truly awful app. Awful localisation, awful integration with other services, awful behaviour, awful controls. And it seems pointless, insofar as it adds no value to the user. Don't bother.
Bad programming since the very beginning. Impossible to find in AppStore. When suscribing, password requirements are not clearly stated - you do multiple tries. Birthday field inappropriate layout. If you are 50 years you have to click 600 times to obtain the date of birth, crazy! Employers programs - mine was not possible to find, and no even field available to search with key-word. I drop out : unfortunately for my employer, will not attend the challenge... Pitty.
App is great and easy to use. Two things: How to edit team and team avatar? Text after activity submit is displayed to shortly so usually I cant read it.
Please change your YouTube advertisement where it states "commuting to Amsterdam? imagine biking is like a game" bike traffic is already bad enough there as is, and some people will be distracted during their commute if a notification pops up.
This app is a nightmare. Keying date of birth is terrible. I downloaded it today and now its out of date. So i start again. Nightmare
It's fun, but the app is sometimes unresponsive, and doesn't recognize riding activities the same way Googlr Fit does.
Description is promissing .... But I cant go further as the 1st screen (login). There is no way to figure out how this App works.
Cool app, would be nice if google fit could be integrated as I often forget to start manually and think there could be smarter ways
Excellent customer service and help when I was struggling to connect with the app!
It motivates me to ride my bike more. But it would be nice if they added the challenges.
App works nicely though sometimes there are bugs that require relogin.
Sometimes turns off after 10 mins (probably due to the phone)
Why do I need to click 34x12 times left arrow to move to my birth month? Who thought that this form of passing birth date at the registration step would be good for anyone?

Just now downloaded to use it for company run. While registration noticed bacis fundamental issues. Difficult to select date of birth what you need to do is all the way you need scroll back month by month. Glad that I'm not 60 yrs.
