My phone keeps saying the app is designed for older phones & won't work properly. Why hasn't it been updated to stay current. I don't even have the brand new galaxy.
This app has stopped working. It won't let me log in. Says it's not updated- seeing as this is how I deposit checks very disappointed
Easy to use mobile banking. Check deposit is great!
Very easy to understand and access
Very good, but sometimes does not accept correct login on my phone.
it is the only app AFCU has!
Now there's an option for Check deposit... yayyy. Thank u
Cannot pay bills.... otherwise, love it ... great for check deposits!
ππDon't judge me if you I've... never know meππΊπ
I haven't used all the features but it has made quick emergency transfers easy to do. Having an app put this credit union on par with any of the big banks.
Its so easy and convenient. My mail comes at 4pm and when i need to have a check deposited or transfered its great that i can do it at any hour. Psst, depending on the amount of the check, funds are ready in an instant.
Pretty rudimentary and the check deposit/photo feature regularly produces very poor results causing the "blurred" check (I am an advanced user and photog) to be rejected by Federal Reserve costing the depositor hefty fees. AFCU can and must do better.
Completely freezes my android. This didn't happen before, so bugs still need to be worked on.
It can be frustrating. After not being be able to deposit a check via my phone using natural light inside my apt, I actually went outside in the sunlight and tried to take a pic of my check and the app still gave me the error message of not having enough light. It was the middle of the day. How much more light did it need. So then I went back inside and finally tried taking a pic away from the light and it worked. Beyond frustrating and confusing.
I have a Droid RAZR and whenever I try to deposit a check the farthest I can get is taking a pic of the front. Then when I say I accept the pic it takes me back to the main menu. If I touch "deposit check" again then, it takes me to the log on screen. Then I have to try all over again from scratch and it still doesn't work! I have tried uninstalling, powering off my phone, powering it back up, and reinstalling and the same thing happens EVERY TIME.
I want to deposit a check. It lets me take a pic of the front of the check pretty easily but I haven't been able to take a pic of the back. It just gives me a quick dial tone noise every time I try. So frustrating!
Love this friggin app. I hatred trying to find 7 elevens to take my deposits and this app just made going to the bank 100% obsolete
Now that AFCU has this app - Why would anyone put their money somewhere else?
The image capture feature is very finicky on my Android 2.3 device. It is non-functional on my Android 4.0 device. I spoke to the developer months ago. Still no improvement after two updates. So I wrestle with my old, almost dying phone weekly.
When I get my payroll check every two weeks, I literally plan for a one hour effort to get the check deposit to work. Not enough lighting, background problem, not straight. You practically need a professional camera and studio lighting to get it to work, and it never works the same way or in the same place twice. I've used other banking apps to deposit checks and there is no problem. Other than this major hassle the app is fine.
The new update is causing the app to crash when viewing balances.
HTC EVO 4G.... No deposit function, so what's the point?
There is no option for check deposit as shown. The main reason I wanted this app was for the deposit functionality. Oh well.
Page freezes on transfer confirmation page on htc evo shift.
Thank you AFCU! This is so amazing and convenient! Well done...
Twice now, ivd deposited checks remotely and then a month later, the deposits are reversed because they cant read the check numbers. A month later they decide this? My rent is due. Im so frustrated I could explode.
Great app for the galaxy s2. Thanks for this!
Depositing checks is near impossible. Despite lining the arrows up with the edges of the check, the image STILL picks up "dark edges." And despite directing a bright reading light onto the check (no shadows) STILL the images are dark. I'm going back to mailing my checks in.
