You could try to make it persist articles locally on a user's phone and fetch new ones if online and update local storage so you don't need the internet each time you start the app

This is totally nonsense on the language side it shouldn't be only french language it should be both languages english and french but you're the ones out there given messages across the world that cameroon is a bilingual country but just to put an app on google it shows how the french is dorminating the english speaking parts because its a minority so when next you want to this in social network be of that true cameroonian to adjust things from the buttom so it can be fixed at the top.
