Unable to find Tempo 4C in Actxa APP. I got Tempo 4C model from HPB Step Challenge. Device seems to work well with the HPB365 APP. However, I don't understand why this Tempo 4C model is not found in its manufacturer Actxa APP? The functionalities in the HPB365 APP is limited. I'm hoping to see what features Tempo 4C has, but its maker is not even allowing connection to its own Actxa APP... What a joke, seriously...
Reply: hpb cannot help with the fact that the alarm set is not working. It cannot help fact that the notifications of messages and calls are erratic. Please read review carefully. The tracker can't detect my steps, it took many tries for the app to detect reading. It took some time to notify when there are calls and messages every though I've set it on both the app and handphone. Till now I still don't see the alarms working. My handphone can detect and sync the steps better than the tracker.
The Spur+ is not used friendly. Difficult to see the heart rate when jogging.Poor response when device is tapped. Need to tap many times. Also Need to keep scrolling. Product is not well thought through. Charts are very basic. Eg Fitbit can give a nice chart on resting heart beat a monthly curve. Spur Plus is a plain bar chart. No improvements seem to be coming through. Not recommended for the price.
Been using Actxa for a while used to sync data smoothly without problem but recently it been stuck on sync data endlessly and fail to load the data for almost 2 month+n uninstall the app and reinstall again have the same problem ,what is happening??? Been sending 3 or 4 emails but no reply at all, what a lousy company and still promote their products in the market, such a simple problem also cannot solve.
what is happening? i keep getting data sync, but it seems to be doing so endlessly. deleted and reinstalled, still same silly problem 4th August. There is no joy working with Actrx, as of today I have still am not able to sync my watch with phone. I seriously thinking of switching to Fitbit, except, seems to me, they are also giving the same problems. Solve the problem, if not i will switch back to a normal watch. There is no good will displayed by service provider.
Am using a Huawei mobile (no Google) and trying to sign up the Actxa account. Tried many times and yet unable to sign up an account with actxa. I am not registering with healthy 365 as purchase the tempo 4C in the market. Pls assist and guide. Tks.
Spur+ can't even connect to the phone's bluetooth properly. Having to turn on my gps all the time just because I'm on a more recent android OS so the tracker can "try" to stay connected to the device? How ridiculous is that? A china made Amazefit cor band costing less than half of Spur+ offers so much more. The very least, stable bluetooth connection. This is the last time Actxa is getting my business. Utterly disappointed.
tracker has problem uploading phone after 8 months. takes quite a few attempts. screen spoilt on the 11th month, and totally can't upload. went to service center and they replace with one that cannot charge ! finally got it changed again. but after 2 months, problem with uploading to apps occurs again.
Got it connected. Appears to require several permissions due to the multitude of devices from Actxa that it works with it. Only thing I can't spot is if there is a way for it to sync to Google Fit. Doesn't appear to be a way.
The hardware is not that bad but the support is bad. Months ago I'm having sync issues and I written an email for checking. Weeks later they just close my ticket without any inform. And recently I sent another mail to indicate sync issues and it is already one month, no response at all. So I really wonder should I be getting items from this brand or not.
Buggy app! Lots of syncing issues and takes a long time to save the changes that I've made in the app. And worst of all, the move alert function keeps turning on by itself even after I have repeatedly turned it off, causing the "Move More!" alert to go off many times in a day. Such a nuisance. The sleep tracker is also way off. 85-90% deep sleep is obviously wrong. We are not your beta testers. Having paid close to $100 for the tracker, we expect the tracker and app to work seamlessly out of the box. In any case. I managed to sell off the Spur+ and will delete the app now, putting an end to my 10 days of nightmare. Got myself a Garmin Vivosmart 4 instead and discovered it's so much more advanced, totally a world of difference. Never again! Update 19 Mar 2019: Looking at the past 2 months' reviews, I can confirm that nothing has improved to this company. Customer service is good only at replying with the same copy and paste message, "Sorry about the inconvenience. We hope that you have sent a log to us through the App with further details on your issue so as to aid our investigation of your case. blah blah blah..." Take my advice, Don't buy Actxa, or you'll regret!
I find their choice of tabbed layout clear. And the controls are simple to use. After sales support has ALWAYS been quick to reply and help. Which is a huge step up compared to buying something else.
I changed my phone to Samsung S10e and the app and watch just won't sync. I unpaired and paired them, restarted the phone, etc. Nothing works. It's disappointing, especially as I wanted so much to restart my workout regime after so long.
I have no idea how good is this. The application shown "Could Not Detect Device" in many attempt to pair with my phone. I used the phone's bluetooth to scan, it was ABLE to detect the device. Only the application was unable.
Unreliable, there are times when it took forever to sync data, after multiple attempts at refreshing. Oh if by some chance you unpaired your device and wish to pair it again, consider your Actxa device useless, chances are it won't pair again. :)
The App needs improvement. If you select sleep time on the phone & change your mind, and do not end the sleep timer, and later start a new time, you can end up with a total of 2 sleep durations. Heart rate measurement inaccurate. Not worth buying. Waste of money.
Unable to sync since 16 nov. App says all sorts of errors like unable to find bluetooth, no workout today etc etc. Tried all sorts of troubleshooting and still doesn't work. There must be a bug in the app so pls have it fixed! It was working perfect until 16 nov!
Took a long time to sync. Sometimes sometime doesn't work. Have to closed n open to sync before it work. Change the settings is the same will take a long time to set. MVPA is the worst, not working at all.
As a new user, the app can't even detect the device, no matter how many times i try and i even reinstalled the app a few times but it still doesnt work. I give up. Into the trash the device goes.
Horrible. cannot get my device to pair with my phone at all. Do not buy their products. I tried to give benefit of doubt by contacting them but they didnt bother replying. Edit: as of now they kept asking me to provide the support ticket when they themselves have not sent any to my email. Reading other people's reviews i doubt I'll get any email anytime soon.
I've had been having syncing issues for ALMOST 2 years now with multiple emails & trips to the support centre to no avail. Exchanged for a new tracker twice but still same issues. I missed out on the entire Season 4 Step Challenge because if it. Anyway, I have given up hope completely on Actxa! If you are considering an Actxa PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON IT. And ACTXA, please GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. This is daylight robbery. I'd rather pay a little more for another brand that works.
Unable to sync. Didn't use my tracker for a while, I thought it's my phone's problem that I am unable to sync. But it seemed like a lot of users also have similar problems.
Bought the Actxa Spur+, realised that the actxa android app was faulty and would keep running in the background even when I minimised it. Emailed customer support to get them to fix it, but to no avail. They completely misinterpreted my email and gave me an answer with regards to the tracker, and not the app. Disappointed by the standards to which they hold their customer support - the final frontier for this local company's reputation.
I tried to sync what I assume is an older device to the app. The tracker I have is actxa Stride+ but the device option isn't even there and I can't sync it or take part in the Singapore National Steps Challenge because the Health 365 app says I need to have an actxa account before I can sync anything.
Very very bad Bluetooth connection. Wasted my half hour still keep loading and end up unable to weight, failed to connect with the scale, unable to sync with the watch. Really frustrated!
Horrible App. Not to say horrible company. Purchased the Spur+ to only receive it faulty. Had to go down to do an exchange immediately after receiving it. (Free delivery turn to a self collection). No compensation, no responds from them after several days after emailing them. Honestly I would easily recommend others to invest more in other brands and steer clear from this "Local" brand, simply because its not worth it. No Quality Control for products. No proper after purchase customer care. Poor App with loads of fault and empty promises. (Its already January 2019, the MVPA is still not reflected in the Healthy 365 App, despite promises of it being implemented in December 2018)
After update, it becomes impossible to sync. I noticed that the V02 readings fluctuate from 35 to 42 on daily basis. My daily exercise is a 20 minute jog. There are no variations in the exercise. Is there any explanation why the V02 swings up and down like a yoyo on a daily basis?
No respond. Keep stay on the screen that show "Actxa" when open the apps. Has tried uninstalled several time stil the same. Really EXTRA apps in my phone since it can't use at all. Waste time.
