Worst bank ever..takes four days or more for money to transfer into you're account.
Cant transfer between accounts
This app is horrible crashes just about every time I go to use it. Have better luck signing in via Google. Uninstall☹
This is my 2nd review, app's gotten worse, now when u login and click on an account, it doesn't allow u to see transactions, just shows the balance, what's it's purpose? Too minimalistic and not in a good way, only one star now! See the new ACU app, it's not an update, it's a new download!
App always crashes on a regular basis.
but completely useless if your device is rooted, app crashes straight away, which is probably why some may have problems launching app. I had to unroot to use this app which is very inconvenient for me, but understanble due to security risks that are involved when you gain root access to you're device. So safe to say app security is very well done. In my case the browser version will have to do for now. Hence why I give 4 star rating
Good app, does what I want. Only problem I have goind is that it keeps forgetting my 4 digit Pin number that I use all the time. There has been a few times where I've had to reset but I always use the same pin..
Works for me, had no issues. Needs more access to things like setting up APs and putting holds on payments, hence why I only gave 4 stars
What's wrong with the app? Uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working. Contacted ACU via the website, hell I can't even log into my internet banking anymore. You'd think with the amount of fees one pays you'd get more of a response, this is ludicrous.
Was algud at first but now its turned to crap.

I've been trying to log into this it's been saying can't connect you to server for the last 5days....so bloody annoying...

Its a good app but i couldnt prove any of my Payments due to No Reciepts. So frustrating thats i lost $40 because i had no proof of payment.
Unless app just like the bank itself will never be as good as other banks, cause customer comes second maybe 3rd can't wait to change banks
Needs a lot of work done to it. I cant see my payment list to change payments or update them. Needs to be more professional like other bank apps
Can't pay bills online, I have to go to the bank to set it up, useless app

It's OK to get balances but other than that its not a good app use to make transfer but now no transfers crashes alot.... Like I said not a good app
