It sucks. And it sucks because a lot of the feature does not really work through the app. You have to end up going through the website.
I've been with Acuity for years great insurance company when you need them they are there
GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Acuity is the worst when it comes to claims service. Which is baffling given how expensive their insurance is. They will take your money and ignore you when you need them. With that aside, their website and mobile app are complete trash. Literally have no idea what they spend all their money on because it is clearly not talent.

CONTENT THEFT - I've had insurance policies with both Progressive and Acuity and I can say with confidence that this app is a rip off of Progressive's app.

Lester, Greene, McCord and Thoma helped me escape the high cost of Liberty Mutual. With Davis McCord's assistance I have more coverage for nearly $2000 less per year. You should give them a try.
Very bad app for Android users. The Android version seems to follow Apple's guidelines which tells me that the workers who developed this don't know anything about Android guidelines or axioms. They are most likely a bunch of simple minded Apple users.
account is cleared after 13 months of inactivity. just stupid. you have to sign up a new account.

Submitted a personal auto claim from my phone. App is navigable and offers most of the services you'd want to access from an app. It does prompt you to log in again in each new instance that the app is opened. Would be nice to be able to create a 4-digit PIN login option like most other finance apps.
