It's easy for sellers to create an auction. Simply scan the VIN, enter vehicle condition information, and snap a few photos. Tap upload and your auction is instantly sent to thousands of potential bidders.
Buyers, review the condition report and bid to own using live and proxy bids. Auctions are live for just 20 minutes. The system prevents last-second bidding so you're sure to get a fair chance in every auction.
Once an auction ends, sellers can accept or send the high bidder a counter offer to start a live, real-time negotiation session with the buyer. Buyers can accept the counter offer or negotiate further. All of this right from the convenience of your mobile phone.
All payments and title transfer is handled through our office. Buyers can pay instantly with an electronic check or floorplan. For sellers, we email prepaid FedEx® labels for sending in titles. Bill of sales get emailed for your records.

So simple and easy to use. Unfortunately have hit the reserve and been high bidder on multiple cars and did not win. These cars have been for clients. As a new dealer this has been crushing. My account manager does not reach back to me on cars. Will change rating if improvements are made.
Overall a very good platform & very user-friendly. Cutting edge technology. Tonight however none of the audio clips are loading & playing. Sure it's a glitch but inconvenient when you're hunting down cars after hours - if there is a such thing.
App is buggy. Constantly getting notifications for cars out side my search settings. They blamed my phone. Problem persists with new phone. Problem is clearly on their end.
Nice to be able to use the app and buy cars whenever and wherevwr however the notifications of this app are dreadful. There is no way to change the sound or even turn down the volume and it is very loud and annoying. Should be able to change the alerts and to have one for new cars and one for bids.
Today I buy tons of cars on ACV. 4 star rating for only the app. Until I can manage the notification volume, I won't be able to provide 5th star.
Developers of the app need to build a section for titles. Whether it's received , mailed or the status of the title in the app. Backlots does it like that. And the titles take consistently 30 days to get. Need a better title dept and to not even charge us for the car until the title is received by acv then charge us it will give incentive to the title team to move faster
Started off great but they have quickly become like all other online platforms. One of the bigger issues, once you have been confirmed as the winner and made payment and the cash pulled from your account you may still loose the vehicle.
How can I mute the alerts of new cars being listed.. That chirp sound is cool but annoying at times during work hours. I don't want to have to turn complete phone ringer and notifications off as I do need certain alerts throughout my day... Just not every car going up on the block.
love acv. that app just makes it even more convenient to buy cars. no longer have to sit at the desk. I can bid on cars anywhere anytime... however the past 3 days we have noticed an issue with the app and android phones. but our partner is an iPhone guy and the app works great on his phone. please help us fix this. we have done everything...
The volume for the auction notifications is to loud even with the volume set low on the phone.,it's nice to be notified, but why don't the volume change with the rest on the phone?
Notifications are way late. Notifying me on sections i turned off and miles ranges not where i put the settings. Please fix!!!!
Everytime I hit the back button in the app it logs me out. At least 5x a day and always when I'm bidding on cars . How about app developers fix that
Neat concept, but they won't let you sell a vehicle unless you post it for their price. Not really an auction then is it?
Let me know when you can turn off annoying alert sound it doesn't put me in the buying mood.

Horrible weasels. arbitration is non-existent and they will weasel anyway they can out of your rights. Arbitration will base parts off of the cheapest junk yard parts in the country and labor rates from Mexico. They do not care about the customer, but only defending the seller.

They Lose paperwork, charge you for vehicle and buyers fees, charge extra for extended arbitration but take weeks and weeks to deliver titles and lien releases... meanwhile if you don't pay and pickup they shut you off. Pickup vehicle 5 hours away only for them to not produce a title and then it's up to you??? Competition is coming for ACV and then their ripoff will be over...The worst of the worst in the auto auction field. Stick with ADESA and Manheim at least they honor their own rules
What's up with AMP? It stopped showing up on app, I uninstalled and reinstalled, it's one of the most important features of the app to be able to hear the engine! Please lmk what's going on and how to fix it. I bought 260 cars last year via app and this is a serious problem!
