I definetly recommend people to incorporate ACV in their diet. Perhaps to try in lukewarm water with honey in it. I am not diabetic , but i surely notice my sugar level dropped ever since i started drinking ACV with honey in lukewarm water. Also , i feel healthier. So try it :)
