Adam Clarke was a British Methodist theologian and biblical scholar born in Northern Ireland. He is famous for writing a commentary on the Bible, which took him 40 years to complete.
That commentary was published as: “The New Testament of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ”.
As a theologian, Clarke reinforced the teachings of Methodist founder John Wesley. He believed that the Bible gives a complete interpretation of God and his nature and will and considered Scripture itself a miracle of God's grace that "takes away the veil of darkness and ignorance”.

Theologically Sound. Scholarly, yet easy enough for anyone to understand. Wish the scrolling was more stable. Sometimes when I am scrolling down it changes pages and I have to find my scripture again. Would recommend to anyone!
This app is very helpful for b oh Bible students. The explanation of each verse is of great assistance in throwing more light. Though there are Some other wonderful features in it that I've not yet used. I can recommend for everyone.
This app has been a great aid in my bible study, the only thing I have a problem with is when he refers to words in hebrew and greek. Not being able to read either, he can sometimes talk way over my head. Other than that, I love his insight into the word of God.
I love it because it is easy to use. the comments are not booooooring long books but they are broken in chapters. Please develop the book navigation system (not in handy). GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR MINISTRY
Great resource at just a touch and sound doctrine. Would have been better if it was easier to access individual verses.
I love the book. I loeke the app very much. I would like it more if each verse was not repeated. I find it a touch annoying. Other than that, it is very good.
The content is accurate, the layout is such that the material is easily read and movement through pages is swift!
The app useful in helping me to become what Paul describes as becoming an approved worker, unashamed and rightly diving the Word of God. It's enriching the quality of my study of the Word.
Very good app but it swipes while scrolling down to the previous or next chapter and it's very annoying.
Its very comprehedable,it expands on every verse and opens your knowledge to both the old and new testament. I highly recomend it.
I have been using this commentary, but only been using the app for a few months. It is a lot easier than getting the same books out of the bookcase.

I never knew of Adam Clarke before nevertheless i love his commentary is just that there are very few of his commentary that I don't agree with in his apocalyptic teaching. Note i said very few

This book is out of print, but is very important to me. It is available in an easy to use format in this app.

I downloaded it but never really thought it will be so inspiring...... today i decided to read its commentary on Ephesians 6:10-ff It has been amazing and this will be my best commentary for the moment

I'm enjoying reading the daily verses with the commentary... And the app is fairly easy to use.... April 29, 2022 addition. Many times,I cannot remember where the daily verse was to go back to it a little while later. Is there a way to add that memory feature to the app? Also, it switches to a different chapter too easily when you are trying to scroll down.
