I click on forgot pin, it asks for my details, I put in the details, it sends OTP to my number, and asks to verify. But there is no num pad to enter numbers in the OTP column. Kya bakwaas app banaya hai

After the new update thr app keeps crashing before paying bills. Also, if you pay the bills from gpay directly or website the app shows paid bills as due. So there are chances that one may pay extra thanks to multiple notifications from different medium like small, app, gpay, website. But the payment is not reflected on all fronts to avoid double payment. Plus post payment the bills are shown still pending in the app as well.

FIRST YOU SEND THE OTP VERY LATE AND BY THE TIME THE OTP REACHES ITS TIME OUT ALREADY WORST THE APP KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN EVEN BEFORE ONE TRIES TO FILL IN ANYTHING AND KEEPS DIRECTING TO THE EMAIL OPTION. MAKE THIS APP USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE IS PATHETIC

I had a very bad experience of the customer service as I called twice for the same issue. And executive failed to give me proper information. At the end of the call she asked whether email id or phone needs to updated but didn't informed that the email should be sent only and only through the registered mobile number bcoz of which I have to call the number again for the third time and the call was not connected for the third time and as I don't have access to the old email address now the email

Requested Adani Power on 21.12.2021 to unsubscribe me from billing notifications as I had shifted residence. It was acknowledged "we are working on it" and suggested other modes available to address issues by customers. Again, received another billing notification today. It appears Adani Power is least concerned about customer inconvenience to address such issues with least implications and process involvement. Hence, forced to download this App to get rid of the nuisance from this Company.

There is no difference. The app takes forever to validate user login. And once it manages to do that it just crashes/closes. If that doesn't happen then it takes forever to get data and finally fails with unable to connect with server error. The older Reliance app never had any such issues. Even after the update this new app is continuing to give these errors & that too on a high speed 50 MB v-fiber broadband. Frustrating!

Again and again the app asks for opting paperless billing despite of the fact that it has already been opted . Also , on paying through paytm the payment is not reflected in the app. Needs improvement
