Very poor service, most of time getting error, so can not pay online payment time to time, we have to pay by the link which we get on message which is sent by Adani to clear our outstanding bill. If it is possible try to solve the issue so can pay directly by app. If app is not working correctly then what means to introduce it....
Good for single account, if you have more than one it allows you to enter more but, it defaults to one even if you choose other account. So you are stuck paying for one or reporting reading for one only. Seems like I will have to open two or more sign-in.
Quick bill pay screen always comes up with a loader and then never disappear. I can't even interact with other options in the app. Bad experience..
I was using this app since last 1year and found convenient . But when I changed my device and started using samsung A71 (Android 10) this app is not at all working showing we are having some difficulty...... please resolve this isuue
Hopeless app. I used previous app which was not that good. But this is worst. I am not able to register (nor login with previous id & password. Whatever tab you press, it says Wrong Id or Password. No way left to use the app.
The app has lot of bugs and keeps on giving useless error messages like ur request cannot be processed at the time of login specially whenever app is update. Request Adani guys......if u want to maintain consistency then only u make mobile or else it is better not to have one.
Not open old app is good but, after update it's not open. This new application is not working properly. I put right ID and Password but still not open .third class Application. I request to all do not update or install in your device . I strongly recommend not install this application. Because I m also belong to IT filed .
The App says Invalid keypress even after inputting all the M-Pin password correctly and then after proceeding to the main screen, informs unable to retrieve data. The problem persists even after setting a new m-Pin
Paid my bill through this app using BHIM success payment still when I returned to app it says failure. Money not reflecting in my account in app. Their upi confirmation message is received too that they got payment. What a messy app. Kindly stop irritating customer. IMPROVE!!
Pathetic experience, not getting logged in after resetting the password. Not able to file complaint either from toll free no. Or application as it is not working.
Worst app..we are facing same issue like other that we had already paid payment and our bank statement indicates that our deposit had credited but not showing in adani app. And yes customer care is also not supportive they are saying that we are responding in 24 hours And 1.5 months completed but still they are not even answering by mail or by phone.
Login issues. Upon opening tha app, it shows we are currently working on it... And that's been for so long, but it has not been functioning properly
When we press the last number in the pin number to be input it say internal error. Tried uninstalling and installing again. It used to work great but now can't even log in

Very poor application update. Adani gas has update the application without cheking. I am trying to log in updated application with valid id and password. But repeatedly getting the msg. INVALID CUSTOMER ID OR PASSWORD. Then I try for the forgot the password by correct customer id, same getting tge msg. VERY STRANGE !!!!!!!!. Contacting customer care regarding the problem , one stirio type msg. From them. TAKE THE SCREENSHOT AND SEND IT ON MAIL. Very strange. !!!!!!!!!. God save us from such cust
Your mobile app shows msg that you are unable to process request and this msg is being shown since last four months. What is the use of your app then. I was trying to make pmt of your bill, but of no use.
Unable to login from last 2 months. Have tried more than 100 times. I understand it's very difficult for you guys to get your app repair. Request to google app store to kindly do changes, so that we can even give less than 1 🌟. To such useless app like Adani Gas. Who are unable to rectify their app from last 1 month. Useless app doesn't operate properly never operate in one go. It takes more than 10-15 minutes for processing.
Aap is not very responsive. I filed a complaint on 31st of may and again on 9th june. But not received any response from them and complaint status still shows open. No update on progress nothing.
Before 4 months app was working perfectly fine, but today i went to check my bill, it says you have to login, and when i try it says invalid customer id and password, i can not do forgot password option also, need urgent solution
From last one month I am trying to login through aap, but it get crashed. How even can I submit the meter reading. Aso, it shows we are difficulties processing your request. How come before login.
Not proper working. I want to submit meter reading but system mentioned password is wrong. 😉😡👎👎👎 Website seems to be hanged... Hopeless App and website... Make sure that your so called systems work online properly, else keep yourself offline ONLY.
App works fine before but from last month it's showing all errors and not able to login and anything else. Support team please check as soon as possible.
Very bad user interface and very slow application it's been in maintenance mode since last 2 weeks.
It's not working as it should. You can't do anything mentioned. It gives error for every option you tap.

Very poorly coordinated. No meaning of posting any feedback or meter reading. Central office is not even getting it. Useless app. Company is grossly misusing it's monopoly in the business.
Uid and password doesn't work on mobile app. Its only work on desktop or on laptop. I think that it is useless application.
Am not able to login into the app. It always shows a message 'wrong user id or password'. And whenever I click 'forgot password' again it displays the same message...the app has suddenly stopped working...was okk a month and a half back. Re installed the app too, but still same problem. Please resolve this at the earliest so that we can pay our next bill.
