Getting Started:
For existing adb Customers without a Mobile Banking Account, you will need one of the following to enable you activate the adb Mobile App:
Valid Retail or corporate account with Agricultural development bank.
Visit the nearest adb branch for activation on the mobile banking App or request via your (RM)
To complete your app activation, you will receive an SMS with your username and password on your mobile number used for registration.
Please follow below steps to setup your App:
1. Download the App from the App store & Install it on your device.
2. The Mobile Banking Platform will send an alpha numeric Activation Code with your username to the Mobile Number you provided
2. Enter your Username and password into the App.
4. This will load your account details on the Mobile App Landing Page, and you can start enjoying Mobile Banking Services

Another update. Nicer interface as usual. BUT we need the damn app to work... 1. OTPs are still slow in coming or don't come at all sometimes. 2. Still no fingerprint feature to login to save time. 3.Can the history of transactions be a little longer? I don't know when the next fix will come but please you guys need to do more.

A very bad experience. Occasionally the app doesn't work. But u are deducted. Takes a while for reversal. Not reliable at all. The current update even makes it worse. Why does one need to fill in details again when u about to log in which was not so previously

Thumbs up for the new fix! But i suggest you make the username also blank like the password, so both bkanks will be filled anytime one logs in. This will help should one lose his phone to theft.

Really regretted after updating the app due to its inability to display my other accounts. Almost all other reviews have lunched same complain. The older app makes it easy to view balances across all accounts without necessarily moving to the bank. I think this should be reviewed. However kudos to the developers. The new features really are also helpful. I tried uninstalling update feature on my device but, this device does not support that feature. Let's make it perfect at once. Great work.

I must admit the new update has made the app look modern. However, the UX has been compromised. Typical example is the autocomplete sign in. Now I have to enter my details everytime. Secondly, the most important information for which I was using the app is no more visible, my investment. After, the update the account I can see is my normal account. I have gone to the 'My Accounts' menu of the app and still same. Unless, I have missed something I am beginning to regret the update I just did.

I have two accounts (current and savings )and only one(savings) is showing after the update. I'm not happy about it. But all the same I like the fact that you recieve alert message anytime you visit the app. And some few changes which makes it a bit interesting. My only problem is the app not able to have two or more accounts.

You can't rely on this app for transfer of money to momo. It always fails and the most annoying part is the money is deducted and you have to wait till 24hours before it's reversed for you to think of trying again. I regret the decision to use this app. The old version is far better. I hope really do sometging about this new version

In fact, the old version is better than this current one I've never had a smooth ride with this new version since I updated it. I enter my user name and password and I'm told they are wrong. It takes forever to generate otp. As if that's not enough, this app disgraced me today. I had to make an urgent withdrawal to settle a debt, which I confirmed to my creditor that I'm sending the money. However, I'm told operation failed after I enter ten different OTP for ten consecutive times. Disappointin

The problem is that, it takes a very long time to have your OTP, by the time it arrives, the app has automatically logged out, sometimes you don't recieve the OTP at all, just this morning, due to the delay in the OTP arrival, I repeated the operation severally with false incorrect OTP being given by the app resulting in me sending fund twice. Thinking the operation wasn't successful as signaled by the app. Why won't you add finger print as alternative mean of verification?

I'm giving a five star for this new update. User interface is seamless and has other features being added that makes it super. Now you can confirm the name on momo number before you send money. I realise I can also transfer funds unto my prepaid card from the app. And the qr scan payment is very proactive. I haven't had any issues. Kudos to the team that worked on this.

This app is nothing to talk good about. The auto-refilling sign in is not working. Anytime I log in with my phone I get a message alerting me of my log in, as if I use a different phone to log in every-time... its boring. Also, I cannot transfer any fund to my mobile money wallet. This is a poor update, it only has nice graphics. Nobody should update to it, incase you haven't yet updated from the old app.

I missed the old App since it's accessible than this new one. The old App was more handy since I can even check my PIP investment. This new App is like an empty box since it can't provide OTP for you to be able to make transfers. The provision of this new App is unprofessional since it lacks proper banking functions. ADB must wake up.

The App lack "wallet to bank account" transfer. It has only "account to wallet" options. I encourage the developer to take note quickly and work out things because there are a lot of competitors in the business or market. 12/02/2020

The App is very helpful but note the following: 1. One percent deduction when you use the app. 2. Charging users for maintenance. I think this should be looked at because it is tantamount to double deduction. 3. Add wallet to bank transfer. 3. Do away with the the charges in using the app since banks like Republic bank have no charges when using their app for transaction.

Hi there, please am not able to see my balance in my account anymore. When I first open the app am being asked to enter user name and password I entered as requested but still it's not opening to me. Cos I know my username and password is correct but still it's not opening. They keep on sending adb Mobil Banking when I send the requested details. Please what could be the problem. Cos I leave outside the country and I need to know my balance left in my account.

All works great. I've successfully used it to send money to my momo account. But there is a charge on every transaction which you didn't mention. It's not free, they deduct commission when you transfer to momo.

This a a very stupid application. Like what kind of service are they offering to us. Is this what we paid for. After charging maintenance fees 10 and other charges monthly. And yet when you access the app you not able to withdraw money.

The only thing I like about the new app is the fact that I have to key-in my details anytime I want to login, it doesn't work automatically like the first app and what I hate must about this new app is I can't have access to my PIP ACCOUNT... I regret updating the app. I don't receive otp on time and I'm logged out. Most times after trying several times I am debited without receiving the funds and have to wait 24 hours to be credited. If it's on a weekend I'll have to wait for Monday around 11am. Sometimes I have to go to the bank to make a complaint before I'm credited. What's the point of using a mobile app and still have to go to the bank. Fix the app please

In fact i gave this app a five star rating but has reduced it to one now. Because it seems the app is not functioning again. OTP generation and navigation to open one part of one's account delays a lot. Withdrawing money from your account can take you a whole day to do that. Ussd that would have saved us too problematic. You guys have to work on it. We love you alot but we hate the current app.

What kind of app is this? You can't even sign up into your account after download. They will ask you to sign up, after inserting your account number and phone number, you press verify account and nothing moves again.

It's a good app but it just doesn't open sometimes. Even after typing in the correct username and password it just says invalid username or password.
