It's better to add debit and credit Narrative option separately
Why is this app not working whenever i go to register mobile it exits the app automatically
This app including other banking apps developed by F1Soft are good. But this ADBL app keeps crashing everytime I try to open statements. This issue was not there earlier. It might be due to recent app update. Now it has been more than a week that this problem has not been fixed and that is not good.
This app doesn't function properly. Doesn't show latest balance whenever money is deposited in the bank and gets closed automatically. So, It is requested to update and fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.
Need to relogin every time
The app interface is really good and reliable. Few things can be improved like the statement could shows more transactions for about a month atleast, It could include services like fixed deposit management. The bit more information about interest rate provided and charges cut for bank utilities.
Debit and credit Narrative should be available separately. So that both sender and receiver can recognize their transactions. While transfering fund We write one Narrative but that appears same on both senders and receiver's account
app takes time to process things that's ok but kindly make system that shows all charges taken prior before transaction . I paid 1000 through qr scan it took extra 10 Rs that is to be informed earlier before we transact, app runs slows sometimes "showing server time out".
This app activated mobile banking service but it didn't give otp to verify the activation process tried many times but otp didn't came simply it cut off charge from my bank.Whats the meaning of activation of this service where you can't get otp? Only service charge cutoff amount was shown in my phone. For me its poor service
App is good but sometimes website is not opened for internet banking. There's a black screen where we can't touch anything. Please make website easy and reliable
Its not working after anroid 10 upgrade in galaxy note 9. Please update the app. It says sim card not detected after reset. Any solution please. It is not allowing to reset the device.
I tried the whole day but I couldn't transfer fund of Rs 1000 too though I have the latest version. Every time it says, "Dear ******, your payment of NPR 1000 for ********* has failed. Please try again later." What the HELL is this! 😡😡 Do we have no any other work? You have charged us for mobile banking. And is this your service? I request 🙏 ADBL & the developer f1 Soft to fix this issue as soon as possible.
I have frogotten my previous password so i went to. Bank and consult about the situation.. They asked me to fill the form, i filled the form And they said that you can re do it again it will start again but nothing happened.
It's showing service not supported payment failed since today I'm just being frustrated now please help to solve this issue . I don't know is this my problem or application problem.
Worst update, the app doesn't show anything after i login.. i miss my chance to book my flight ticket because i couldn't load esewa because the app and the mobile banking didn't work.please fix and solved problem
Really bad at working and difficult to rely on this app ! Doesn't provide wallet loading /inter bank transfer nowadays which makes it worst banking app 🙄 disappointing !!!

Why is not this app working on my phone. Whenever I try to log in it says you are not authorized to log in from this device, it just freaking me out.
Login problem : After certain time it can't recognize device and need to reset device to login. Pleae solve this particular problem.

When I try to use any features of this app a dialogue box appears saying u don't have features .please contact bank..Why does this happens?
There is no option to change the transaction pin if we forget it. if this option would be there I would give this app 5 stars
The app is crashing when setting fingerprint. Bug should be fixed soon.

Typical govt app. Works well but does not have enough features, specially when compared to other bank's app.

The experience is bad actually I wanted to send the cash to other banks but this app doesn't wanna let me select the requested bank I want to send money. I don't know why this is happening or if it is the problem of my own device but I am unable to select the banks. I have used other mobile bankings too but somehow it is different. I tried to send money with esewa to the account and it worked but when I try to send money I can't I don't know what the hell is going on with this app.
