AdBlock - Block ads from all browsers,blocker plus

This is 👍 Chrome these days is the fastest out of many browsers I've tried and this ad blocker is the icing on the cake. I did get lost in the beginning though because the small button to turn it on isn't really noticeable, so hopefully they can fix that. Otherwise, cool beans! Really makes a difference! The premium version's cost is a good deal, too!

It works great, easy to use and is better than any other ad block i tried. Easily the best! I do have to however put one star down since it's not easy to set up for the first time and that's the real only problem I have with it. I think it should at least inform me that I have to change my power settings so android doesn't kill this app after some time in the background. As well as lack of horizontal support for my tablet annoys me greatly.

I liked it because it blocks realtor dotcom shouty commercials. I don't like it because everytime I turn it off, it turns itself back on. I have the VPN auto-connect turned off. If there were a way to control it (turn off and on at MY will) I'd give it 5 stars. It works thoroughly, but seems to interferes with things I'm voluntarily trying to link to through a site.

I ve already made a purchase for a premium. But Im a bit disappointed that this app usually stop working, stop blocking ads though it's still appeared to be connected on the notification bar. I have to turn it off and turn it back on again. What happen and how to fix this? I even sent an email for this issue, still no reply at all. Money is not well spent this time I guess

Recently I had issues with the app stopping blocking ads in videos. Now I can't even open the page, when I type it in hit go.... When the screen loads it redirects to a new page immediately. With 2 popups. When hitting the back button it takes me back to my homepage or whatever I was on before that. I tried 2 different sites same thing. It's not working at all. I closed out my browser after cleaning cache, chrome up to date browser. Still same thing even after disabling and reenabling adblock.

I don't know if I just don't know how to properly use this or what, but this app makes everything load incredibly slowly or not at all. I sometimes have to turn off the blocker, especially on Twitter, to make pages load, which makes ads pop up, defeating the purpose of this tool. And when it's on, sometimes ads pop up anyway. When it works and all pages load fine, it's great. But those times are rare.

Blocks ads very well; connectivity problems. This blocks more ads than some of the other dedicated browsers I've used, but I constantly have to disconnect and reconnect when I change networks (walk between access points, am out of access of wifi and have to use mobile, etc). It often will just not load pages, giving me a DSN error. I realize that may just be a part of the VPN experience for mobile, but it's really annoying.

Seems to work good, there's a lot of permissions and stuff you need to agree to. I'm no legal expert, but the agreement didn't seem too bad from what I understood of reading it. The app stops the two different types of ads I've tested it on (banner ones and also ones that pop in from the side of the webpage). It seems acceptable so far...

This app is very easy to use, but is very "buggy". I have had to disable it while buying products from very popular websites like Etsy because the ad blocker terminates transactions and causes page crashes. Now I'm in a back-and-forth messaging loop with several customer support sites trying to resolve these payments. Please fix.

Not perfect, but good enough. Will you still get ads on super infested sites? Yes, but the really insidious ones will be gone (like the ones that redirect you when you didn't click on anything). On regular webpages, banner and page ads (that appear as a break between text for example) are gone. It makes reading news articles nice.

It barely even works, and the sad thing is that I've got it turned ON! It was supposed to stop the ads, but they're as much as they were before. And my android is perfectly fine. It only needs downloads to get viral, but it's a useless app! Don't download it if it's something that will cause the same bads as it caused before, it's just an extra useless app in your device. I'm really disappointed... 😡

Used to be pretty good, not any more - recently I've been having issues where no websites will load at all on either Firefox or Chrome until I disable and re-enable adshield. Ever since that started, ads and pop-up tabs have been a plague. If there's an update I'll change the review but the ads have been getting worse and worse for a while. :(

It didn't work, lied and said it blocked hundreds of ads on a single page and in under 10 seconds. Creates a notification I can't swipe away. And when loading the same page before downloading, after, and after deleting it I noticed I actually doubled the amount of visible ads with this app downloaded. Instead of blocking it just lies and says it blocks an unrealistic amount while nearly doubling what you deal with.

It works but unfortunately by blocking ads on many pages the page doesn't load at all so you end up having to close the app anyway then reload the page....with the ads! Defeats the purpose. But I'll try for a while longer and see if it improves. Nope didn't improve and browsing actually takes twice as long with this so will be uninstalling

Totally works after following their easy instructions. I was on a Chrome page where their ads had ads layered on more ads. Opened this app. Followed the instructions for Chrome, went back to the annoying page and reloaded. BOOM! No more ads. Pages would load with blank spots where the ads are supposed to be. Easy!

I dont like not being able to make adjustments. Example, phone vibrates and/or makes noise when something gets blocked. That's annoying! Also, I'd like to remove the notifications off the status bar. If I need to make adjustments I know where to find the application.

It's a great app. It does what it supposed to do. Though 1 thing I really really hate is the fact that the app's would reconnect/activate by itself several minutes after I turn it off. That's so annoying, I have my own purpose for turning it off yet it would reconnect by itself without me tapping the button. The only thing to prevent it from working automatically is uninstalling it. I've been uninstall-reinstalling the app but it's such a hazzle that I'm considering to uninstall it for good

I searched for information to the same question today, and either one ad would pop up so large I couldn't even see if the page that was up was the page I wanted. I'd retype the same question on a second tab, and one OR TWO ads would come up, with one smaller ad on top of the other! So I installed another ad blocker, and another and another, all on new tabs altho I doubt that did anything, but the ads just kept coming, kept overshadowing so much of the screen I couldn't tell where I was. One add covered the top 2/3 of the page, leaving the info I wanted on the bottom, with only a few meager sentences to read. BS. What gives? It is like there's no ad blockers, let alone 5 of them!.

It worked only for like 20 minutes after I used the apps and I was really happy because everytime I opened my phone there was a pop up and this really helped. After the 20 minutes pop ups started to come up again when I was checking if it still worked. I tried to fix it but the app wasn't doing anything. I gave it 5 stars but accidently deleted my review so I had to write this one but your app works only for a few minutes and I need the app to work!

It actually works fine but the problem is.. since it works with VPN, you can't use it if your hotspot is on. So it doesnt block ads if you are sharing your network via hotspot. So it's kinda problematic in this field.

I did a quick search for ads blocking apps and this one had pretty good reviews. My mobile data usage has been pretty high, and chrome always shows up as 80% of data usage. I'm hoping that this app will reduce data usage as well as knock those annoying ads out. On first try it was already blocking ads as advertised.

I've been using this program for about a year. And it was kind of Hit and Miss. But now it's a total failure in Google search and assistant (chrome) I continually get ads pop-ups and garbage that obscures the website that I'm trying to use. It doesn't work anymore.

Hardly works well. I have to turn off and then on the ad block everytime and have to refresh the page then only it works. I have to do this almost every 2nd day. This is when I don't even restart or switch off my mobile in between.

It works kinda. It doesn't get all of the ads but I can say it blocks a few a lot actually but when you try to go to one of those websites to watch movies it's not so good. You'll still get ads.
