AdBlock for Samsung Internet

So disappointed, The original AdBlock for my android started acting up. Freezing without showing my complete Youtube page, I tried everything but it wouldn't work any more. Deleted the app to get a fresh download but the only thing available was this version for Samsung. It doesn't work.

I installed adblock on my android device and it worked for a short time. Then it locked on the features page page and I cannot get it to start. I uninstalled and reinstalled twire installed twice and got the very same results.

This will not work with slow WiFi connection as Samsung with split tunnel and exception of website's regardless of cookie popup can render the app obsolete

Stopped working and disables itself every time I open my browser.

I haven't noticed a reduction in any ads at all with this.

I have been using this app on my device for a while and I think it works like a charm! I've just started using a new device and was transferring files across. While transfering, my new phone kept on being disrupted by ads because I had not yet installed this app on it. While not a single ad came up on my old phone! This app works and it works very well! I would contribute if I could! 100%

Doesn't seem to work at all anymore. Did you change the whitelist to a blacklist that allows all the other damn sites to throw out pop ups that are constantly covering content and making the browser next to unusable? ETA: I see that many users are complaining about the app's performance with YouTube specifically. But I find it doesn't work anywhere. I'm not against ads. Content providers need money to operate, and I understand that. Bit the constant pop ups over half the screen are too much.

Been using it for years on desktop, mobile has always been iffy but recently its flat out stopped working. I always block ads on youtube because I watch videos to help me sleep and the ads at the end wake me back up again, it was driving me crazy. Desktop version I have nothing but good things to say but the mobile has always been pretty poor and has stopped working altogether, even fully updated. Please fix it.

Use to work really well, only showing a bit of ads. And then all of a sudden, ads just start popping out of nowhere on websites I use a lot. I don't really like that the ads are now popping up out of nowhere when I literally thought this app wouldn't show any ads. Not good at all :(

I like it a lot but I just want to give you guys ideas to add on the have you ever though of adding auto speed ram and cleaner to keep the app clean so it stay fast all the time so if anything deices to pop up at else the app can catch it before it happens or for us to make sure we're notify so we can keep our phone clean of any popping up ads Thank you I hope my ideas help you to improve the app

Unfortunately this app does not work as it was supposed to be, 7 months ago when the exploit in youtube was revealed by google non of the android developers started working on a new way to block ads once again, we desperately need a solution to overcome this issue because youtube ads started annoying us so bad, when this app will have a good change and effect on ads i will change my mind and consider posting a better review with 5 stars, but now no way I can't. Thanks developers!

It does a great job most of the time but recently they have started to allow YouTube video ads when using browser. Doesn't happen on my desktop computer so this needs to be corrected or added

Recently had to update Samsung Internet and now the ads are popping up on every site I have. There's no update for the AdBlocker, either, so I'm unsure as to when this issue will be fixed.

Try and keep this app on your phone once you install it. It works when you don't have to keep resetting your phone all the time. I've had to reset my old phone a many number of times and the first time I reset. This app would give up fuss. I bought a new phone and re-tried this app and it works great. I bought into the this charity as well.

Works great for Samsung internet. Blocks all annoying ads from all sites. It would be better if it works as undetectable as many sites doesn't open without disabling adblocker. Overall it's perfect.

Does what it's supposed to. It does a pretty good job of stalling popups and actually is a popup itself, but merely a notification that warns me about a potential popup. Kinda defeats the purpose, but at least prevents unnecessary reroutes and notification from unwarranted advertisers.

This will stop all apps down in the middle of of using them for an advertisement. If i am reading an article, it dissapears, the ad takes over the phone, and i have to xlose the ad and start over with what i was doing previously. Uninstalled.

It works well on laptop and blocked all ads on youtube. Unfortunately, the mobile app version does not comes with the "EasyList" option. Even l disabled "intrusive ads" l still get non-stop ads on youtube.

no change. i was asked a while back to review this app. how did it work? i had no idea it was doing anything. there was some list of company's ads that were caught & dealt with. about 5 of them. i caught 5 ads in half to 1 half hour. no significant difference at all.

Everytime I add sites that I want blocked, the app removes them after I close out the app. I have been continuously adding four key sites that are covertly pushing full screen ads onto my S8 phone, but this app removes the requested sites to be blocked. This app is worthless.

Works great! If you're still getting ads it's because you haven't manually added the URL for the offending ad you want removed. The URL for ads change all the time to defeat ad blockers. This app has a manual URL add on feature 🤟😎👉💯

Uninstalled. Never blocked the ads you see on YouTube or any of those pop up ads when you just want to read an article.

As far as I can tell, it does exactly nothing. I can't even find the app in the app list after it installed on my note 9. Open YouTube app - still loaded with ads. Open YouTube in the web browser - still loaded with ads. It probably is just stealing your data and credit card info

Could not get it to work I am still getting unwanted ads all the time. My Samsung edge never had ads but my Samsung note doesn't even let me gesr my audio books. I cant clear the ads am totally pissed off with the new phone.

There are 2 things I like about this app: First, it is free and rare, i don't see any app like this on a browser (google) Second, you don't really need to pay to use it if you dont want it. Instead, u can donate. I hasnt seen any app like this before, very nicely, if they make it for free, how developer can live without money to buy food or they can use that money to improve this app even better

does not block adblocker walls. i am switching to firefox for mobile so that I can use ublock, which does. I previously used Samsung Internet on even non-Samsung mobile devices, but it's utterly not worth it due to this giant loophole. at the very least I'd love to be able to blacklist whole websites so that I'm reminded before I arrive that the site is one of those garbage cans that whines at you instead of letting you read.
