The previous version was the best banking app I have ever seen. Now the new version is simple useless. Can't understand how such a terrible change could be made. All of my friends and colleagues dealing with ADCB have the same opinion. Think about it. Update: 2 years later nothing has been improved.
It's an ok app, not the worst and not the best, works well, some animation slow downs, a bug here and there but all in all functional and has most of the features in a banking app. Wish they would modernize it though, feels clunky and old.
The new version is not as good as the old version. Current version is very slow and sometimes I open the apps with empty page, just it appear black. Something is really wrong🤔
I have been using this app since 2019, and it has been absolutely flawless! Very intuitive and easy to use. Rarely crashes, and ADCB customer service is impeccable.
My money stuck in nowhere ! the transfer showed that it's out of balance but the other partner doesn't receive his money for almost 4 days now !! don't ever use this application for money transfer !!! the customer service when I called they wasted my calls balance b4 they answer)!!! My money for the 4d day still flying not on my account and doesn't reflect to the other penficary.
Good Day!! just to inform you that the previous app was very good the updated one is not good as we are expected.I am having some problems, i was trying to add new beneficiary from the past few days but its showing some error please make it correct otherwise many of your customers will get irritated from this app and at last they will definitely uninstalled it. Thanks
App doesn't allow to add beneficiary after update, after the IBAN is entered, "fetched details" button is greyed out. Cant click. Works fine on desktop Why app doesn't support ATM PIN change. Such a basic feature. After payment always showing amount on hold.
The new update on app notifications is not clear. You should at least have an info or note that once it is enabled, sms alerts will stop working. That is what happened to me. Now I am not receving sms alerts. Please resolve the issue.
Amazing banking experience until I decided open all my company and personal account in the same bank. Now I can't use the application for my second account or third account. I have to use a parallel app for second account and second phone for my third & forth account. There must be a options for multiple accounts in 1 app.
Adcb bank is the best (for me) base in my experience by using it as I entrusted my cash with them. Their people are so accommodating and responsive (I hope it doesn't change)and it's accessible from where I live and a hassle-free bank. None is missing even a single penny. This is the Worst app i have ever used... Very bad update..10 times i tried for quick transfer and after fetching the ac details every times it gets stuck on purpose of transfer detail...and I have to close the app to restart....very bad app
Excellent app. User-friendly. Light. This app is stable, secure, confident of what it's capable of doing and very convenient to use. Other bank app developers should take a cue.
The best banking app I have ever used. So user friendly and has everything you need without complications. Keep it up ADCB team. Update: Still no.#1 banking application. I use 4 other Banks' Apps, yet none of them comes closer to ADCB App. Great job ADCB.
Very poor performance. Everytime when I used this App to transfer the amount transaction getting failed and it's take 4 to 5 days to complete the transaction. Really I am irritated to this App.
Really too bad experience, I did transfer money to India, its not transferred yet. They said in holidays even online banking also not working, what is this? This is 2022 the world is going too fast You guys need more update.. If you need to send a money in emergency, don't use this,

it's always saying it cannot carry out the instruction at the moment and try later. how many laters should i wait for? it's been three days already. don't you have a technical team that maintains the app?
Fantastic and easy to use. OTP and transaction alerts are quick and on time..brilliant!
Is very safe and secure without anyone being scared of losing his money in his account. I recommend everyone to use this ADCB bank app. Moreover the means of payment is also very fast and easy.
Good banking application. I haven't experienced any problems thus far. You can transact, control your cards and see your balances.
It doesn't work anymore, these days can do absolutely no operation except for consulting accounts ... No transfers, no updating of profile documents ... Is it possible to have an app that work at all times ?
For a Bank app it would be nice if you could copy your bank details such as your Iban easily. The app doesn't seem to allow you to copy those details with a single click unlike other banking apps.
Really useful, secure and easy app. Only issue is the number of text messages one receives from the bank with promotional offers.
I have not been able to login to my ADCB App for the past few days. I tried uninstalling it and then installing it again but still not able to access my account through the App
Excellent banking app ever. Only if you add an option for customers to update their documents through the app, when they renew their IDs and Residencies.
The app is top, easy to use and fast to send money in UAE to other bank accounts and out of UAE. I have a very good experience using this app 😊. Thanks
The app login never works. Always crashing. You have to keep installing and uninstalling everytime you need to login.
Most of the time unableto login. The error as below. And it's really annoying. "We unable to carry out your the instruction currently, please try later "
Very bad for international transactions, not yet credited after 7 days to benificiary account. Now also telling 3more days required for investigation. Very bad experiance from customer service
April 2022 - Many improvements. The money transfer UI improved. Unfortunately, we still can't see the entire description or name of payees or account names. The names we give to certain accounts show up in the money transfer UI but not in the main page. These small things are frustrating in daily use. ------- It's sometimes slow and hangs. Some UI elements such as the way you select the account to pay from and the account you're paying into could be improved.
