I should have paid attention to the reviews.. It's way too stressful to open an account here compared to the advertisement that it's hassle free and easy. I just finished the step 1 but the step 2 is with no response.

I am new in this app.. While putting all my documents at first ofcourse it takes time but it's ended fine. Now alhamdullilah I recieve my atm card.. Thank you for this kind of service. Happy savings..

Very Bad Experience I try to open my account with my valid Documents.It wont process my application and displays Sorry we are unabale to process your application. I called to help center they said due to internal policy we cant process your application. Please need to upgrade your application for every person I tried to ask many times whats the internal policy the person didn't give me any information. As per my knowledge ADCB catagorise people and accepting applications. Very bad experience 😏

The whole process was easy and expecting a user friendly atmosphere going ahead ! One ⭐ for delivery guys. Rude behaviour and left out without delivering the card. cancelled the call while speaking and not accepting my calls. I tried calling more than 10times.

very bad experience after installing. for the last 5 days error popup again & again. "Sorry we are unable to continue your application at this moment". Also very poor customer care support

Very bad app. I am done on the step 1 and it is not continuing to step 2....takes lot of my time repeating the process still it ended not successful ;(

This app worked very efficiently, no hiccups. This was my first time using an app like this with no bugs. Good job to the IT department.

it was very easy creat an account and among all the bank in UAE ADCB bank i call it the best of all with many reasons that can be explain 1 ATM is never out of service 2 ATM never gives less cash like others 3 ADCB Mobile app is easy to use 4 Funds transfer from adcb go instantly and many more that cant explain ADCB i love you so much by mbakuburise7gmailcom

Hi. As for me, during the opening process, it stopped because of errors out of first page and couldnt complete the process. Later on, it shows that I am an existing customer and to use sign up. But there's no 'sign up' on the app. Wish if someone pls help me to complete the digital account opening process.

As salam walaikum, I tried many times after scanning my emirates I'd it's shows Thank you for application with adcb to help you complete the application, an ADCB representative will be in touch with you shortly. Ref-1

I tried more than 3 to 4 hours to from hayyak to open account, documents done, but cannot login in, otp not access, I call hotline, they told they will transfer to customer care, they still did not call, customer id not received, activation key not received, help on this please kindly

I am trying many times since last 1 months to open account but it is not happening, only shows under review and then after few days Showing signup Again now I will not try again in this bank Thanks For Wasting My Important Time

Very bad poor experience with this app.. I tried many times but every time after scan documents suddenly came notice that we can't process your application our representative will contact you but nothing happens.. Any solution..???

never ever this app lets you forward after id scan always say we are unable to proceed your application and message comes some body will call you never they call such a time waiste app

Utter disappointment !After scanning my documents the app shows an error and m unable to open my account.trying since days.

i tried to install the app and when i open it, it's say the app is stop working...

When i tried to open bank account through this app,it couldn't. After scanning all documents it shows the error that scanning documents do not match. I think when we scan the back side of emirates ID the image automatically squeeze and some portion of the place which we put Emirates ID will also be shown.,maybe that's the problem. I think it's a bug. Kindly fix this as soon as possible.

New updates was easy and good explanation.

I fill up 1st stage then I go to my other app.After I came back to this app.It’s new page coming again. I fill up again also.it shows you have to continue your before process. But How I will continue. I didn’t find the continue page in the main menu

I wish I had read all negative comments before installing this app. I regret wasting my time uploading my documents only to get a message that a representative will get back to me shortly. Most probably my interpretation for above message from them is that they're selective about the nationalities they want to onboard. Uninstalling the app & my advice for fellow Pakistanis: Please don't waste your time.

Excellent.. very fast software and I feel very comfortable doing it online.. Thanks a lot to ADCB for having such a good way to create an account. Hatts off to them.👍

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE have been trying to open an account for months now,, they keep saying somebody will call you, received a call or two in all these months with just a single answer that we can't open an account for you without any further explanation that "why" why i am not eligible for it,, they don't have an answer for it

It is simple sleek and very user friendly App. So easy to create an Account within 2 mins we were able to create and get account details.

Its awesome application for very simple steps to start account and freely handle our transaction

Good app but slow server response and minor bugs please fix for smooth ui
