We wanted to move one of the adcp flat. But they were constantly saying it will be available after some days. We waited for 2 weeks but It's still not available. We had to move another flat in last moment. So disturbing....
I am surprised, the web page was working amazingly up to 2016. But this app is the worst in the market now 😔
Has a big bug that should be fixed (on Android 9/pixel 2 xl at least) - It asks for *phone permission*, do *not* give. Your phone will stop ringing for incoming calls. The app itself does everything that it is supposed to do.
Very slow, not user friendly.
The worst Service. I have been asked for the tenant and asked for the documents and money to show to them, even when I just went to take the token. People are making time during their night shifts and day shifts. My wife was waited and waited after her duty, just to know that it will not happen the same day. To liese a flat, we have went 5 days and spent hours, and in that, 3 times were without much of a progress. They doesn't know the basic rules of Customer Service.
It's the worst service. There is no water in my apartment upon registrating complaint there is automated message that it will take 9 days to resolve called call center no use....no one to assist...there is no water in my apartment and no one doing anything about it ..would like to register complaint with authority about the same now
Keeps going to home page, especially when attaching an image. Very buggy app.
Very very Bad. Our building Al Roda 2 Sharjah Al nahda is very very poorly maintained. There is AC problem in the apartment including the lobby and reception for almost 8 months now and not yet fixed even after multiple complaints. ADCP takes the rent and says maintenance is not in their scope. The new maintenance team is a disaster who knows nothing. No one is answerable when they dont fix any issue. Disaster management by ADCP.
Avoid adcp buildings, the worst experience ever. We are stuck in a building that has a huge ventilation issue, our bedroom smells like our neighbours' kitchen at all times. Adcp is not willing to help or solve the problem. The maintenance says the problem is from the AC company and the AC company wouldnt do anything about it. Building number P/1058, even the entrance smells like a kitchen. Such a terrible experience, we're desperately waiting for the 1 year contract to end.
Despite requests through app and stipulated time for resolution you still have to call to get the answers no answer to emails. should shutdown the app and go back to call center system

No app can solve ADCP problems. Its deep rooted. Run for your life If you see ADCP name on a building. ADCB bank executives need to pay attention.

Wastage of time
Poor app. Very slow. Search options are very bad and good only 15 years back. Not all search options work. Put what you need the app will display what it wants. Very good options but with no flat/villa pictures centralized and very slow communication with head office. Inquiries about properties are not addressed nor replied to by main office nor contact center. Very difficult to reach the available property and everything is controlled by watchmen (they don't care. Not available. Come tomro)
