very poor after sales service... last 3 weeks we are trying to go live but couldn't go due to lack of support. called many times but no response. And billing they have started from day 1. we may consider another app from next billing cycle.
Well, there is too much gap in web portal and app features. It is long way from where it is. I am rating by the prospective that web portal and phone app must have same features.
Very badly written Admin App, first you cannot reset your password on the app there is no "Forgot Password" so you are stuck! Secondly, if you approve user/resident it asks the same question another time you have to approve it twice. It's very basic level application in comparison to MyGare or Nobroker.
Most Awaited one, And it came with all new Avatar. Absolutely Fantastic.
Very useful features for every Admins managing Community.
Admin app is very basic. At least need option for income, expenses and bank reconciliation features. Difficult to access website all the time
Very outdated app, nothing has been updated since last 1 year I guess. Hangs a lots while using, unable to upload pics as an admin and always needs to login PC. Pls do some necessary updates
Please add some option: 1) To view Advance Members list like defaulters. 2) Defaulters list with arrear LPI (if any), which due to charge in next billing. 3) To view and share Members Ledger for a perticular periods with full details. Like; Invoice, Payment, Credit Note etc....
Poorly done. I am an admin but the app does not show me the landing page itself. Uninstalled, reinstalled but still same issue.
Mobile Admin app doesn't have any banking, expense, income part which are available in online version. Basically to do most of the admin activities you have to login online portal and mobile version is of no use.
very very poor performance, don't know how you devoloped this app better switch to the previous version instead of loosing your clients
Backend accounting is very week and with many small bugs. Browser UI is very bad.
Adda admin is not a fully developed admin app. It is very basic compared to adda admin portal. Needs big improvement. Hope adda development team looks into it.
the admin app is not mobile friendly. there are only few applications in society we can manage via app.ex. purchase request,users but not all the applications which arr working in web r not open in apps.ex. income tracker, expenses trackers
Perfect ERP application for all properties. Really user friendly and can be easily adopted.

very slow in opening helpdesk ticket. many info present in web application not present in mobile app.
Many important and useful features like income tracker, accounting related stuff is missing from admin app.
Being in the management committee of such a big society it was a very difficult task to handle accounting part and handling unknown transaction, but from the time we have joined Adda it's a great experience with it. And the great part is its a two way participation.
The admin app does not let me login. Can someone fix it.

There is no option to add facilities, activities, events

A warning to managing committee members looking to implement ADDA in their complexes. What they promise during sales and what they actually do is very different. They promised that ADDA can be integrated with Tally. Later they said it can't. They say they are working on it, but it is all in the air. Secondly they will promise that they will take care of migrating all data from your existing system to Adda, later they will just hand over some excel templates and ask the committee to fill them. Update 22 April: Hi Miran, you are copied in all mails I am exchanging with Adda. Please do not mislead people on the Play Store.

Ridiculous support system and they dont even bother to respond to bugs and tickets raised for weeks to months. Even after contacting their people, everyone keeps saying they will ask support to check but no one bothers. They dont even have any direct support contact to reach and support emails they dont seem to bother to respond. I asked for higher management or owner to contact so as to let them know how many bugs they have in system but who cares?
